00:05As of 10 a.m., the typhoon Marseille is located 590 kilometers from the north of Valer-Aurora.
00:12It has a strong 120-kilometer-per-hour wind near the center and a gust of 150 kilometers per hour.
00:21Currently, it is moving in a west-northwestward direction at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour.
00:28Because of the typhoon Marseille, there are high tropical cyclone wind signals in the areas of Batanes,
00:34Cagayan, Babuyan Islands, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Apayau, Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao,
00:42parts of Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Aurora.
00:46Because of the typhoon Marseille, there is also a high gale warning in the northern seaboards of Luzon.
00:53Based on the latest track of the typhoon Marseille,
00:55it may landfall in the vicinity of Babuyan Islands or northern portion of mainland Cagayan
