00:00The center of the eye of the typhoon Marse has passed through the northern part of Apari, Cagayan, and it is slowly moving towards Canluran.

00:09Let's get an update on the current situation from weather specialist, Benison Estareja.

00:21Update regarding the typhoon Marse.

00:23As of 4 p.m., it is only 300 kilometers away from the northern part of Apari, Cagayan.

00:28The wind speed is 150 kilometers per hour, close to the eye of the typhoon.

00:32The gustiness is up to 185 kilometers per hour.

00:36It is slowly moving towards Canluran or to the left.

00:40It is expected to pass through the northern part of the zone.

00:44Let's hope that the wind will ease up in the next two days.

00:47We have a tropical cyclone wind, signal number 3, here in Santa Ana and Gonzaga, Cagayan.

00:54Signal number 2 in Batanes, west of Cagayan.

00:57Northern portion of Isabela, like Apayao.

01:00Northern portion of Calinga, northern Abra.

01:03Ilocos Norte and northern portion of Ilocos Sur.

01:06While there is signal number 1 in the rest of Ilocos Sur, La Union.

01:10Northeastern portion of Pangasinan, like the rest of Abra.

01:14Rest of Calinga, Mountain Province, Ipugao, Benguet.

01:18Rest of Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and northern portion of Aurora.

01:24Especially those with signals number 2 and 3.

01:27We can also raise signal number 4 in some parts of the northern zone.

01:32Be careful of strong winds that can destroy crops and small trees.

01:37There is also a chance that the structure will be damaged, especially the one in Cahoy.

01:42Meanwhile, our rainfall is concentrated here in the north.

01:45We expect within the next 24 hours, heavy to intense rain.

01:49Up to 200 millimeters in Cagayan, Apayao, and Ilocos Norte.

01:53While up to 100 millimeters of rain in Batanes, Abra, Isabela, Ilocos Sur, and Aurora.

02:00So always stay with our heavy rain for warnings and advisories.

02:04And continue to be careful of floods and landslides.
