00:00Strong winds and heavy rains built up a large part of Batanes and other places in Northern Luzon.

00:07In fact, the strong winds reached the signal number 4,

00:11which is felt along with the heavy rains.

00:16Many trees were hit by the storm.

00:19Many iron was blown away.

00:21And there were houses that were also hit by the flood.

00:27In Vasco, Batanes, you can see the effect of falling trees on the road.

00:34The city of Itbayat was also affected by the wind and you can see the trees dancing.

00:39In Mahataw, the banana trees were cut down and the house of the uploader Edna Faeldon was flooded.

00:46In the city of Ivana, the eyes of the storm passed through their house where the surroundings were quiet.

01:29A few roads in Apayaw and Abra are now not passable by vehicles due to the effect of Hurricane Julian.

01:36Apayaw-Ilocos Norte Road is now not passable due to the high level of water in Madalagugdog River and Apayotanglagan River.

01:45Klaveria-Kalanasan-Kabugaw Road is also not passable due to the soil collapse.

01:50Dungan Minanga in the city of Santo Nino and Rizal in Cagayan is not passable due to the reinforced concrete pipe culvert.

02:01According to the Rizal Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office,

02:05the spillway was damaged in the Barangay Anungo section

02:09while the pipe culvert was damaged in the Barangay Anunturo-Minanga section of Dungan-Minanga Road due to the heavy rain.

02:23The four families were evacuated after the soil collapse in Barangay Bikud in the city of Lalo.

02:30The flood water entered some houses in Lawag City in Ilocos Norte due to the effect of Hurricane Julian.

02:37The houses in Barangay Pulangi in the city of Bacara were also flooded due to the effect of Hurricane Julian.

02:44The 370 families in Barangay Lipay and Nalasin were isolated due to Hurricane Julian.
