00:00Senate President Francis Escudero asked the Land Transportation Office to identify and inform the Senate

00:08the owner of the vehicle with protocol plate number 7 that entered EDSA bus lane.

00:18This is the video in which a white SUV with number 7 plate

00:24entered EDSA bus lane.

00:26Sir, just a moment, just a moment.

00:28Just a moment, sir.

00:30You're blocking the road.

00:31Just a moment.

00:32Based on the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation,

00:36the SUV was asked to identify the traffic enforcer.

00:40Senate President Francis Escudero called the driver unidentified

00:46and his passenger in the viral video.

00:48The driver broke the law.

00:50He was also asked if the protocol plate was broken or not.

00:54Clearly, there is a violation of the law.

00:56That SUV should be held accountable.

00:59I asked the LTO to find out

01:01who is the owner and the owner of this vehicle

01:07and also the plate number

01:09so that I can find out if this is an issue with a member of the Senate.

01:12Senator Sherwin Gatchalian was asked again.

01:20The LTO said

01:21based on the initial information they held,

01:24the number 7 protocol plate

01:26that was placed on the SUV in the viral video

01:29is broken

01:30and there is no protocol plate

01:32that is an issue with the same type of vehicle.

01:35Clearly, there are violations that happened.

01:38They also reminded the drivers

01:40that they will not overlook

01:42violating the rules and regulations

01:44of road safety,

01:45particularly the illegal use of protocol plates.
