00:00Projects are now being initiated in the Senate including flood control management to be prepared for the effects of the upcoming floods and calamities in the Philippines.

00:13Following the effects of the floods and continuous floods of various calamities,

00:20flood control management is closed to those who are expected to pay attention to the Senate.

00:25It is now time for the Department of Public Works and Highways and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to participate in their budget plenary debates.

01:51Remember, next year, the proposed budget for flood control under the DPWH will reach Php 303 billion.
