00:00A strong tropical storm is watching the storm outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:06If it is possible for it to enter the PAR and landfall in the country,

00:19So now, we have a storm outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:24This is the last sighting in the 1,825-kilometer-east-north-east of Eastern Visayas.
00:30So now, there is a strong 85-kilometer-per-hour wind and a 105-kilometer-per-hour storm.
00:37This is moving westward at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.
00:41This storm with an international name, Bibingka, is too far from our land
00:49and there is no possible landfall where it can be seen.
00:54According to our forecast rock, it is possible for it to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Friday.
01:01But for now, while it is still outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility,
01:05it also has an effect.
01:07This trough or extension will bring heavy rain,
01:12with scattered rains here in Eastern Visayas, Caragas, Sorsogon, and Masbate.
01:17Let's hope that in Metro Manila and other parts of our country,
01:21the weather will be clear,
01:23except for isolated rain showers and localized thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
