00:50Police Colonel Hector Grijaldo, Quad Com Co-Chairman Dan Fernandez, and Bienvenido Avanti Jr.

00:57accused the former PCSO General Manager and retired Police Colonel Ruyina Garma

01:05of being involved in the war on drugs.

01:08The two House leaders could deny this.
