00:00Three individuals in Taytay were arrested after selling a piece of land that was not theirs.

00:13Three individuals were arrested in an entrapment operation after selling land that was registered to others.

00:20According to the police, the land was bought by a foreign national in Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal for 2,500,000 pesos.

00:30Three suspects, alias Mariano, alias Antonio, and alias Anjuli, served as agents.

00:36What happened here is that he already gave about 1.6 million pesos.

00:41Then he doubted the paper, that's why he verified it right away.

00:48And he found out that the name of the owner of the land was different.

00:53And the title that was given to him was in a different place.

00:58Agents also asked for additional 1,000,000 pesos.

01:02This is where the authorities investigated the entrapment operation.

01:05Based on the investigation, there were other suspects who became victims.

01:09I call on the victims, the suspects who fell into our trap.

01:16So that we can investigate the cases of these suspects.

01:21One of the suspects refused to give up his land.

01:24He defended it.

01:26We don't have a title.

01:28The client who complained to us doesn't have a title.
