02:24This is House Bill No. 1104, passed by ACT-BP Rep. Percival Sendaña, which pushes for a human rights-based approach or a more humane and better solution against illegal drugs.
02:38This House Bill was named as a commemoration of the death of Kian De Los Santos under the Duterte Drug War.
