00:05A typhoon called Ophelia left its strong winds while moving north and south of the Philippine Sea.

00:12The typhoon passed by last night.

00:14At a distance of 485 kilometers northeast of Daed, Camarines Norte,

00:19it brought strong winds of up to 120 kilometers per hour

00:24and a downpour of up to 150 kilometers per hour.

00:28For now, the signal number 2 is high in the eastern portion of mainland Cagayan and Isabela.

00:34While the signal number 1 is in Batanes, Bambuyan Islands, Cagayan,

00:39Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province,

00:45eastern portion of Ifugao, Ilocos Norte, and northern portion of Aurora.

00:50According to the forecast, the typhoon may landfall on the eastern coast of Cagayan or Isabela tomorrow.

00:57The affected areas are being taken care of.

01:03The Philippine Ports Authority ordered the port managers to monitor and prepare for the typhoon Ophelia.

01:11These include coordination with the LGUs

01:15and carrying out a pre-disaster risk assessment in the port and facilities.

01:21President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. assured the agencies to be alert and meet the needs of our countrymen.

01:33For the first time, the victims of extrajudicial killings and former President Rodrigo Duterte faced their children.
