00:00Hello, well it's a much milder but dull start to the new working week with a lot

00:05of cloud and outbreaks of rain and drizzle and really we have cloud across

00:09the whole of the country through this morning with outbreaks of rain and

00:13drizzle persistent at times across parts of Wales and that will gradually sink

00:17into Devon and Cornwall through late afternoon. We may see some glimmers of

00:22sunshine developing in the south and east and perhaps even across north

00:25eastern parts of England and Scotland as well but on the whole it's a murky

00:30picture out there with temperatures still staying above average for the time

00:34of year perhaps 16 or even 17 degrees towards the far southeast of England in

00:39any sunny breaks. So as we go through Monday evening and overnight well not

00:44too much changes we hold on to a lot of cloud once again murky towards the south

00:49with outbreaks of rain and drizzle here and on and off across much of the

00:53country. There may be some cloud cloud breaks though and that will allow for

00:57some mist and fog patches to develop but otherwise still a mild night to come 10

01:02or 11 degrees perhaps not quite as mild across a northern island to start

01:07Tuesday morning. But Tuesday does promise a bit more in the way of sunny spells

01:12especially as we go through the afternoon so any low cloud mist and fog

01:16should gradually lift and break and we'll start to see some brighter skies

01:20developing towards the south especially across north eastern parts of England

01:24and north eastern Scotland here the best of the sunshine through Tuesday but the

01:29cloud will still be thick enough for some rain or drizzly showers to develop

01:33into the afternoon. Otherwise still staying rather mild out there once again

01:3815 possibly even 16 degrees in the south 13 in the north where maybe it will be a

01:44little bit drier. So as we go through the week it does look like higher

01:50pressure is building but it won't be water wall sunshine for all the latest
