00:00Our point of reference is the comparison with thousands of companies and the thousands of people that we have to hire, that we are looking for for the client companies.
00:17It is evident that at this moment the issue of welfare, as far as we are concerned, is initially perceived as an employer branding tool.
00:28Companies feel obliged to implement systems of conciliation, systems of foresight, systems of a more general welfare, because they have to be attractive to their employees,
00:44to the people they want to hire and to be loyal to the people they have.
00:49In fact, the terms we are using today are also those of overcoming this approach, which is more of a total reward approach, as it is said,
00:57but instead of understanding how welfare can be a tool that goes to dialogue with what is the public welfare, the public system,
01:05to offer services that also integrate the difficulty on the demographic side, on the difficulty of public spending,
01:14to make the community and the society in which we live more sustainable.
01:20And so, from this point of view, new solutions must also be found.
01:25We are doing experiments, we are putting ourselves into play, a little also because of the experience we have,
01:31seeing many things, we try to rework them.
