Liverpool boss Arne Slot has made a fine start to life at Anfield. The Dutchman admitting that his side are yet to face a top test after the fixture list has started kind for the reds. However, Liverpool face a run of tough opponents over the coming month, so how could they get on?

01:21but by Nicholas Jackson's goal, Liverpool were fairly comfortable in the end, and when
01:27you're able to quell a real potent attack on line-up with Chelsea, you know, Cole Palmer
01:32was limited to a couple of blocked shots, and obviously Jackson had his chance, but
01:37Mazuhehi was threatening at times, but he didn't really do anything of substantial note,
01:45and Jadon Sancho and Pedro Neto both struggled on the opposite flank, so you have to take
01:52the positives from that, it wasn't a fantastic Liverpool performance, but I think they showed
01:57the different sides, and those qualities are what you need to win a title, when you've
02:03got to dig in deep, and when you've got players like, you know, Arnie Schlott said it after
02:06like Mo Salah tracking back, and putting in a shift, and then going up the other end,
02:12and trying to create chances, that's, you know, what you need from your talisman, you know,
02:17you could almost give him a little bit of leeway, and say, oh he's tracked back as much,
02:22because of what he does in the final third, but when you've got players with that attitude,
02:26then it really all goes well, so yeah, big win, but you know, the Arsenal game is another
02:33real barometer, if Liverpool can go there and get a result, and then they've got Aston Villa
02:38in the league as well, before the next international break of Liverpool, pick up results
02:42against those, then you're looking at the table, and think, well where are they going to start
02:46dropping points, because they're not dropping them against the lesser teams, and they're
02:50picking up points against the teams that will be challenging at the top end of the table,
02:54so why can't they go all the way?
