00:04Come, let me show you what's new. And yes, there's a new Z Flip, Z Fold, Watch, Watch Ultra,
00:10and the Samsung Ring is here. Here's our quick hands-on experience.
00:21Good day, you beautiful people. Welcome to Issa Does Tech, where we do tech in your life,
00:24in style, in Paris. We're here for Unpacked 2024 and it's official. We have the new Samsung
00:30Galaxy Z Fold 6, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, but we're not just getting foldables. The Samsung
00:37Ring is finally here, alongside a new Samsung Watch Ultra, Samsung Watch 7, and Galaxy Buds 3,
00:44and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. In this video, I'm gonna take you through the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6,
00:51and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, and that Samsung Ring because I finally got hands-on time with it.

01:08of these devices soon, so stay tuned. In the meantime, our first look at the new Samsung
01:15foldables. Let's talk about the new Samsung Z Fold 6. I will start with, they have a pink one.
01:22I don't even care about the other colors at this point. But yeah, aside from there being a pink
01:27version, there's a silver shadow and a navy. There are also online exclusive colors, white and crafted
01:33black. And wow, that crafted black actually looks amazing, next to the pink one of course. The big
01:39news with this fold though is a slight redesign. The phone is boxier now with slightly bigger
01:45screens. So quick hands-on on obviously the pink Fold 6. One, you guys know I absolutely love this
01:52color. The main thing I noticed about this is yes, it is boxier. Look at those pointy edges.
01:58Folding, still so satisfying. And even the front cover which is usually what people complain about
02:04on the Fold, it does feel wider. It feels more like a typical candy bar smartphone at this point.
02:11But yeah, I am actually digging this new design. I didn't know sharp edges could be this fun. And
02:17again, that's an improved hinge and that really feels nice and hot. Three cameras on the back.
02:23On the side, you have the SIM tray, volume rocker. This is the unlock button. Bottom gives you the
02:30USB-C charging. You have the speakers, that hinge, and this is what the top looks like.
02:36I gotta say out of all the Folds I've tested out, I like how this looks and feel best. So yeah,
02:43the strongest Fold yet is also the best looking and feeling in my opinion.
02:49This thing is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and there's also improved AI features.
02:56You can circle to search math problems now. Oh my god, there are instructions. Which is unreal.
03:04If you're a traveler, this is going to be useful. There's instant translation and this should work
03:08on phone calls including on apps like Telegram and WhatsApp. There's also live interpreter features
03:14and there's a listening mode for when let's say you're watching a foreign movie and you want to
03:20understand what's going on. There's also a conversation mode for when you're actually
03:24talking with someone. You also get a sketch to image feature which generates an image for
03:30whatever you doodled. I messed up. And an AI portrait studio mode which will generate avatars
03:40from your selfie. Of course, that was something I had to try. The Fold 6 wraps the same 50 megapixel
03:46shooter and the same 10 megapixel telephoto camera but there's a new sensor on that 12 megapixel
03:53wide. Here's a quick rundown of official specs with of course visuals of the new phone.
04:14Now onto the Samsung Z Flip 6. You guys know I love me my flip phones.
04:24We have cute colors now. We have a yellow, a nice refreshing mint green. There's a silver
04:30and there's also blue. What I love about these new flip designs is that aside from the new fresh
04:34colors, you get accent colors on the camera modules now. This means that when the phone is
04:39closed, you get that little hint of color there. I love that and this was actually a comment that I
04:44had for previous flips that it was sad that I couldn't see the color from up front. Unfortunately,
04:49pink only comes to the Fold this time which obviously I'm not happy about. We'll let it go.
04:55You do also get Samsung.com exclusive colors though. There's a white, a peach, and also that
05:01crafted black. Yes, as you can see, no gap unfolding. Folding still feels very satisfying.
05:08You get that hinged Samsung etched there. On this side, you get a volume rocker and lock button.
05:14Bottom gives you USB-C charging speaker, SIM tray, and that screen. This is what that looks like.
05:23Again, there are no foldables that have zero crease. I will tell you this now. At least in all the
05:30phones we've tested out, you still see a slight crease but I mean this is already pretty good.
05:37Now, changes to the new flip aren't just all aesthetic. Of course, we're also getting that
05:40Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 on there but this is also the first flip that's getting a vapor chamber.
05:46You're also getting an improved 4,000 milliamp hour battery on this. The flip gets all new rear
05:52cameras too. The main shooter is now a 50 megapixel Hi-Res camera and that second shooter is that 12
05:58megapixel wide with a new sensor. The same one that they put on the Fold 6. This new hardware
06:03should mean improved camera performance and if I'm nitpicking, that's really what I want improved
06:09on these flip phones. And so this makes me very excited to test out this new flip. Now, you guys
06:15know I absolutely love shooting with the Splex form factor and Samsung has added more to the fun
06:21this year. There's a camcorder mode which is always a nice time even if we've seen it before.
06:27There's auto zoom on cover display. Cover screen wise, you get more widgets and even widget
06:32customization. You also get suggested replies when replying from the cover screen now. And there's
06:39two-way translation on Flex mode. Plus, there are fun new wallpapers. There are interactive ones that
06:45move around depending on how you hold your phone. There are wallpapers that change based on your
06:50ambience and you can even generate wallpapers with AI.

07:06Both Flip 6 and Fold 6 are supposedly the strongest and most durable iterations of these foldies
07:14ever. We're looking at the Dual Rail Hinge, Enhanced Armor Aluminum, Gorilla Glass Victus
07:19front and back. Both Flip and Fold are also the thinnest they've ever been. And I do have to say
07:25both phones now feel sleeker. I feel like they have more streamlined designs now compared to
07:31previous iterations and they're definitely a pleasure to have in hand.
07:37I love these foldables but for this year, it really was the Samsung ring that was the highlight for me.
07:43I've been waiting for this ring to come out since the moment we learned about it at San Jose
07:48and at This Year's Unpacked, I finally got my hands on it. I'm happy to report that there are
07:53smaller sizes for smaller-handed girlies like me. Would you believe that I didn't go for the
07:59smallest size this time? I was a second smallest size and in fact, I could have even sized up
08:06if I wanted to. So yay for Samsung for their inclusive sizing. There are three colors gold,
08:11silver, and black. Of course, I love the gold version because it really does go very well
08:17with my jewelry. Now wearing this ring, it's very comfortable. It's nice and light. It's really
08:22designed for everyday wear. This ring should track your sleep, your movement, it will even give you
08:28an energy score based on the stuff that it's tracking. This is also IP68 rated and it comes
08:33with this really nice charging case and it even has an indicator light so that you know what's
08:38going on when you put your ring on the case. I did have limited time with the ring so I got to do
08:42this touch and try but I have yet to fully experience what it does. Stay tuned though because
08:48I will have a video on this soon. Aside from the two foldies and the Samsung ring, Samsung also
08:55announced their very first Samsung Watch Ultra which is this big boy. There's also a Samsung
09:01Galaxy Watch 7, the Samsung Buds 3, and the Samsung Buds 3 Pro. Let me know if you guys are

09:14this year's Samsung unpacked announcements. Like I said in the video, I will have more videos on
09:20these devices soon, okay? Now for this year, as much as I love the upgrades on the flip phone and as
09:26much as I love seeing a pink fold, like I said in the video multiple times, it really is the Samsung
