00:17In today's video, we're checking out the Samsung S22's cameras in real-life scenarios.
00:22If you're new to the channel, know that these camera vlog tests are when I take out these cameras
00:26in real-life scenarios so you can see for yourself just how they perform.
00:31I was very curious to check out these cameras because this is, after all, the base S22 series phone.
00:37That is a 50MP main, a 12MP wide, and a 10MP tele camera.
00:43Up front is a 10MP selfie camera in that punch hole.
00:46Again, exactly the same cameras as the S21 Plus.
00:49But though this tiny S22 features the same processor as S22 Ultra,
00:55it's missing that second telephoto camera, which means that we're not gonna be looking at the same
00:59crazy 100x zoom that we saw on the S22 Ultra.
01:03That being said though, I'm curious to see just how these cameras perform, so let's take them out for a spin.

01:37This is the S22 camera vlog test.
01:40Now that whole bit, we all shot in 4K.
01:43Front-facing camera and rear camera.
01:46Rear cameras can do up until 8K.
01:48And well, as you guys have suggested, I'm trying to shoot these videos in 4K so that you can
01:54show it up to your TV and look at the details of the photos.
01:57So I will try to label all the shots I have down here.
02:01First thing we just did is lunch, and this is wide on 4K.

03:00Like I said, this camera can do 8K, and you're looking at 8K footage right now.
03:05This is 1x, and it can zoom up until 6x.

03:25I have to stop recording to do wide on 4K Ultra HD, but it can do it.

05:39Basically, you shoot a short clip, you move around, and then the phone will pick out the best shots and even add in edits for you.
05:47Obviously, not a new Samsung feature, but one that I find is always fun.

08:57I feel like these cameras performed well overall, and I was still impressed by its low-light capabilities.
09:03And of course, this phone doesn't have the best cameras on the S22 line, but if you're
09:09someone who doesn't really care for those crazy zooms as much, or if you're someone
09:14who values pocketability over performance, because after all, the best cameras are cameras
09:19that you have with you.
09:21In that case, the S22 does a great job.
