00:00Information officers of various government agencies and local TRRM officers gathered at a conference.

00:08It is a mechanism for the gathering and sharing of information to the public.

00:16Jennifer Gaitano was at the center of the news.

00:21Local disaster risk reduction and management officers and government information officers

00:27were present at the conference and strategic communication planning.

00:30This was led by the Philippine Information Agency and the Office of Civil Defense, CARGA.

00:35According to some of the participants,

00:37they will be more organized in giving information to the public

00:43using the online communication platform.

00:45This kind of information that is provided to the constituents or clients

00:52is very important for them to be able to prepare.

00:57It is very important for the public to be able to share this information.

01:05The LDRRMOs are also very grateful

01:07because through the Enhanced Disaster Response Operations Management,

01:11Information and Communication, or DROMIC report,

01:14the data of the agencies will be more accurate

01:17and it will be easier for them to respond to the affected communities of any calamity or emergency.
