02:08In this hadith, Muhammad Ibn al-Hakam said,

48:04There are two problems. One is that whatever they are saying is right, everything else
48:08is wrong. And what they are saying should happen immediately. They are giving ground
48:13conditions or not, just as we have said. So these people become a source of disorder.
48:20They become a source of great disorder because their claim is very beautiful. They are not
48:26calling for anything that is apparently wrong. If you do not understand the philosophy of
48:31Khawarij, then you will not be able to apply it in today's situation. They will be in every
48:36era. Just as they stood up against Hazrat Ali and said that the Qur'an says that the
48:41government is the right of Allah. And then they used to issue fatwas of disbelief. So
48:47whose label are they putting? The label of the Qur'an. So they have given a lot of tension
48:52to the Islamic governments. There are objections to the policies of Hazrat Usman. So these
48:57objections arose from there and even today some of our scholars are affected by it and
49:01ridicule Hazrat Usman. Although you go to those circumstances, look at the circumstances
49:05of the time of Hazrat Usman. On what basis did Hazrat Usman make someone a governor?
49:09You are saying that he made it on the basis of relationship. It is possible that there
49:13was a relationship between Hazrat Usman and Hazrat Khalifatul Masih II. So all these Khawarij
49:17who created disorder, it started from here that first of all they objected to the Prophet.
49:20Now they believe that you are the Prophet of Allah. But they are saying that this time
49:24you did not do justice, you were angry. Then you told them how much this will be in the
49:29future. But you did not kill them, nor did you allow them to kill. The reason was that
49:34at that time they were not in power, at that time they did not have a sword. So the problem
49:40of Shariah is that when there are only verbal things, then there is no permission to kill.
49:44But you gave them the order to fight. This is also one of the signs of the Prophet's
49:49prophethood. Because in the future they had become powerful. So Hazrat Ali, may Allah
49:54be pleased with him, fought against them. He said that if I do not do justice, who will
50:02do justice? Hazrat Umar said that the sword is present. Hazrat Umar used to sit with a
