00:20Four police officers were arrested while investigating the murder of the former PCSO Board Secretary Wesley Barayuga.

00:29Aside from the former chief of police Colonel Hector Grijaldo and police lieutenant Colonel Santi Mendoza,

00:36the former wife of PCSO General Manager Ruyina Garma, who was the former police colonel Roland Vilela,

00:44who was also involved in the PNP Information Technology and Management Service,

00:48and also Sgt. Jeremy Kausapin alias Toks, who was also involved in CIDG and was detailed as the police security of Garma.

00:57Alias Toks resigned, but Colonel Gene Fajardo said that even though he resigned, he did not save the PNP's investigation.

01:06The PNP ordered the search for Kausapin.

01:10The PNP believes that Sgt. Kausapin will greatly help in the investigation, so the PNP has an appeal.

01:19The CIDG is conducting a manhunt investigation to locate the whereabouts of Jeremy Kausapin

01:26because it is very vital to locate and have Jeremy Kausapin under our custody

01:34because he was not only mentioned once during the Quad Committee.

01:40The PNP also has an appeal to Kausapin and his family.

01:43We would like to take this opportunity to appeal to Kausapin and of course to his family

01:48that it would be in his best interest to cooperate with the CIDG.

01:52Three out of the four police officers who left their posts are now under restrictive custody

01:57in the Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit.

02:00Colonel Fajardo also said that the CIDG has already investigated the police who first investigated

02:05the killing of Barayuga, where this case became a cold case.

02:08Barayuga was attacked by a suspect who stole a motorcycle in Samat Street, Mandaloyang City on July 30, 2020.
