00:00A manhunt operation was launched by the Philippine National Police

00:04against the former police security of the former PCSO General Manager, Roina Garma,

00:09who may also be involved in the murder of the former PCSO Board Secretary, Wesley Barayuga.

00:16This is what Ryan Leziguez reported.

00:20Four police officers were arrested while the investigation into the murder of the former PCSO Board Secretary, Wesley Barayuga,

00:29as well as the former chief of police, Colonel Hector Grijaldo, and police lieutenant, Colonel Santi Mendoza,

00:35the former PCSO General Manager, Roina Garma, was also arrested.

00:40The former police colonel, Roland Villela, was also arrested by the PNP Information Technology and Management Service.

00:48Also, Sgt. Jeremy Causapin, alias Tox, was also arrested by the CIDG and was detailed as the police security of Garma.

00:56Alias Tox resigned, but Col. Gene Fajardo said that even though he resigned, he was not safe from the PNP's investigation.

01:06The PNP ordered the search for Causapin.

01:09The PNP believes that Sgt. Causapin will be of great help in the investigation, so the PNP has an appeal.

01:18The CIDG is conducting a month-long investigation to locate the whereabouts of Jeremy Causapin

01:25because it is very vital for us to locate and put Jeremy Causapin under our custody

01:33because his name was mentioned more than once during the Quad Committee.

01:39The PNP also has an appeal to Causapin and his family.

01:42We would like to take this opportunity to appeal to Causapin and of course to his family

01:48that it would be in his best interest to cooperate with the CIDG.

01:52Three out of the four police officers removed from their posts are under restrictive custody in the Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit.

01:59Col. Fajardo also said that the CIDG already investigated the murder of Barayuga, where it became a cold case.

02:08Barayuga was attacked by a suspect who stole a motorcycle in Summit Street, Mandaloyong City on July 30, 2020.
