INGREDIENTS:
½ cup Rice Kanki, कनकी चावल
¼ cup Chana Dal, चना दाल
¼ cup Fada Moong, मुंग फाड़ा
¼ cup Urad Dal, उरद दाल
2 cup Water, पानी
½ tsp Salt, नमक
⅛ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
⅛ tsp Baking Soda, बेकिंग सोडा
2 tsp paste of Green Chilies, Ginger
हरी मिर्च और अदरक की दो चम्मच पेस्ट
½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
3 tsp Green Peas, हरा मटर
3 tsp Corn Kernels, मक्के के दाने
