00:28This Anjeer Pak is full of original Anjeer taste and flavor.
00:31This Anjeer Pak is so easy to make.
00:33You can make it in just 4 months.
00:36So, I decided to upload Khadim's special Anjeer Pak recipe at the beginning of the month, which is very useful.

00:47To make the famous Khadim's Anjeer Pak from Mangalore,
00:50I have taken 150 grams of Anjeer and soaked it in water for 2 hours.
00:57The Anjeer has become a little hard from the inside and soft from the outside.
01:04It can be easily broken by hand.
01:07So, I am going to soak this Anjeer in the mixture of chutney.
01:12After soaking all the Anjeer, we can use the remaining water to make Anjeer milk.
01:21Cover the Anjeer with the mixture and turn on the pulse mode.
01:28Do it 3-4 times like this.
01:30While opening the lid of the jar, the Anjeer will remain a little half-broken and will get mashed.
01:38To make this Anjeer Pak, we need a little half-broken Anjeer pulp.
01:43Now, on a low flame, melt 1.5 tablespoons of clarified butter in a pan.
01:48Also, melt the little half-broken Anjeer pulp.
01:54Now, mix it continuously and keep the Anjeer inside the clarified butter.
01:58The Anjeer will get mashed from inside and the Anjeer flavor will come out.
