Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Mustard seeds
15-16 Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
4-5 Green Chillies, finely chopped
2 Potatoes, soaked & chopped
Medium sized Cabbage, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:-
Heat oil in a vessel, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chillies, mix well.
Add potatoes, close the lid and let it cook.
Add cabbage, salt, mix well. Switch off the gas once the vegetables get cooked.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves and mix well.
Take the vegetable out in a bowl and our Kobichi Bhaji is ready.
