00:00If you set targets for yourself and you find that you are repeatedly distracted in pursuit of those targets,
00:07honestly ask yourself, are those targets even worth it?
00:10Maybe you are just going for those targets due to social pressure or in your ignorance or in some kind of fear.
00:18And that's why all the inner power is not coming into play.
00:23The only thing that can make it move is true love.
00:26Or you could say true realization, crystal clear knowing.
00:30And then it moves and the power is awesome.
00:32You forget all these things about sleeping, eating, bathing, this, that, looking good,
00:38you know, being in others' good books, maintaining your personality as it is.
00:42All these things just disappear.
00:44Only one thing remains, the thing that is important.
00:49And you commit yourself totally to it.
00:51You are not bothered about other things then.
