00:41Fai Loga, 23 years old,

00:43criminology student and resident of the population

00:47of Ciay, Zamboanga, Cebugay,

00:49Rico Rojas Licera, 23 years old,

00:51and criminology student

00:53who was arrested in Lagting, Ciay,

00:56Zamboanga, Cebugay, and

00:58Jerico Bohame,

01:00Portugalesa, 22 years old,

01:02and social work student

01:04from Bato, Ciay,

01:06Zamboanga, Cebugay.

01:08They were given 20 packages

01:10containing 10 grams of sugar

01:12and the street value

01:14of 68,000 pesos.

01:16The students will be charged

01:18in this case

01:20under Republic Act No. 9165

01:22and Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

01:26The Department of Social Welfare and Development

01:29of DSWD Region 11

01:31provided them with a sustainable

01:33livelihood program

01:35of 20,000 pesos

01:37in the livelihood settlement grants

01:39of LSG 9

01:41in Davao Occidental

01:43and 8 in Davao del Norte.
