00:21Can you give us details about the kidnapping incident that took place last night in Barangay Cebuco, Zamboanga del Norte?

00:32Yes.

00:34So now, our hat pursuit operations is ongoing in the last known route of the boat where our victim was on.

00:44We are also joined by our Armed Forces of the Philippines counterparts here to help in the possible rescue of our abducted victim.

00:57So we confirmed that there is a report that came in from our Police Regional Office 9.

01:02This is a late abduction.

01:04We still don't have any demand for ransom.

01:09We still don't have any contact with the groups that abducted the victim.

01:13Colonel, did we already have an acquaintance with the victim?

01:18Yes, sir.

01:21Yes, sir. Initially, our chief of police said that he is an American national.

01:28He is married to a local here in the area where he lives in his wife's house.

01:37Based on the initial report from the chief of police, he has been staying here in the area for more than 5 months.

01:47So what was the immediate response of the Philippine National Police after receiving this incident?

01:54And what is the latest development of this incident to date?

01:59Do we know where it was brought from?

02:03Yes, sir. As we said earlier, we contacted all the forces in the area to help in the hard force operation where they used a boat to escape.

02:19And now we are coordinating efforts also with our AFP counterparts.

02:24And as of this time, we still don't have any reports on where they are.
