I tried the viral M&S Big Daddy chocolate bar

00:00I've got the Marks and Spencers chocolate bar that's gone viral on social media. So

00:11people all over TikTok, all over YouTube are reviewing this. I really don't know what to

00:17expect. It's called the Big Daddy, so it's got a silly name. It is big, it's 300 grams.

00:22It's got this down the side. So it's milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel and nuts.

00:29So I'm expecting a posh Snickers, a very big posh Snickers. So let's see. Okay, I'm

00:39gonna open it now. Oh, I was expecting it in foil. It's not foil. It's, I'll try and

00:51slide this over. It looks like a penguin bar. That's, that's my initial reaction. It looks

00:58like a massive penguin bar. Okay, it's, oh my word. Wow. Drippy, oozing. Okay. So my

01:17initial reaction to that is it looks amazing. I'm going to try it now. It smells great.

01:24You can see there's a layer of milk chocolate and then a layer of dark chocolate, loads

01:29of caramel, loads of chunky nuts. And from what's underneath there, not quite like a

01:34Snickers, almost like a Tiffin bar. But yeah, let's see. The only thing I would say is that's

01:42going to be difficult to share. And of course, at 300 grams, you're going to want to share

01:45it. So I'm going to go and get a knife because if I was sharing this, it's not hygienic,

01:49is it, to do it with your hands? Okay. So first of all, it's very messy. I cut off a

01:57small sliver, about that big. And it's very rich. You probably don't want, well, you might

02:03do, but I didn't want any more than that in one sitting. A tiny piece will suffice. It's

02:09very dense. If you can see, I'll lift that to the camera. If you can see, the bottom

02:16part of it is like a very dense, almost like a Rocky Road kind of consistency. What does

02:24it taste of? Very nutty. As you'd expect, there's all those nuts in it. It is like a

02:30Snickers, but like a Snickers times a thousand. It's amazing. I don't think this is a particularly

02:39brilliant look. Like I said, I think it looks like a massive penguin biscuit, but it's not.

02:44It is salted caramel. That is like the first taste and the last taste for me, mixed with

02:51chocolate, nuts. It's amazing. Go get one. Even though they are £6.50, it's worth it.
