00:00And Rhonda, you mentioned that the new college football poll is out, I said before the break,
00:05there's no way Florida State at 0 and 2 with two losses inside their conference and one of them at
00:11home last night, they're gone, they're out, they got to be right. And Brown are guaranteed that
00:16they're in. No chance. No chance. Yeah, they're out. They're out. Not only are they not only are
00:23they completely out, they ain't even receiving votes, not even receiving a vote, not a singular
00:28vote. Freaking Colorado and UNLV got one vote each, but Florida State got zero. Can you imagine
00:37watching Colorado against North Dakota and be like, that's a top 25 team right there if I've
00:41ever seen one. You know, just by the way you mentioned UNLV, I'm trying to remember who UNLV
00:46beat this weekend, but it was impressive. They beat somebody and it was impressive, and I'll
00:51find it here in a second, but they, I was like, whoa, UNLV, who? You did, I'm saying, damn,
00:56you did watch a lot of random stuff this week. Yeah. I watched a lot. I watched a lot of college
00:59football this past weekend. I don't remember who UNLV beat. I will find it in a second here.
01:04And I was like, whoa, I'm kind of surprised by that. When I'm here, I'll, I'll here, here it is.
01:10UNLV beat Houston and they beat them convincingly 27 to seven UNLV in Houston. Yeah. All right.
01:21There you go. All the biggest mover of the weekend, biggest mover of the week, obviously USC,
01:25they went up from 23rd to 13th. They went up 10 spots. LSU only dropped five. So they went from
01:3013th to 18th. Your top four, your top five remain. No, excuse me, Georgia, Ohio state, Texas, Alabama,
01:38Notre Dame are your top five. And I was trying to make my way to freaking UT because we had a
01:43little bit of a break in between a race. Cause they were playing Colorado state at the same
01:47time I was at the, at the racetrack, but it was just impossible. That thing was sold out
01:50crazy. Speaking of the racetrack real quick. Um, and by the way, I did see tech. I saw Texas
01:56this past weekend. Not that they were like, uh, like incredibly impressive. They beat Colorado
02:01state 52 to nothing. Colorado state's not a good football team, but listen, you're supposed to play
02:06Michigan this week though. Uh, Texas at Michigan. Wow. What a great game. What a game. And then in
02:14two weeks, Michigan versus USC. Oh wow. Yeah. Oh yeah. We're here, baby.
02:22Yeah. Get used to these Texas, USC, USC, Ohio state, uh, Penn,
02:29yeah. Get used to these big old, these big brands clashing together. Cause this is now
02:34college football. This isn't the old school days of where these guys might play once a generation
02:39or once a decade. This is going to be once a year, once a week, these Titans clashing.
02:45He's taking me a while to also get used to the term power for conference.
02:50Now a thing that I have to, yeah. But I, but I will say this. I do like to see like what I think
02:55of is like old school rivalries. And I know that like, for me, it was Pitt Penn state, but Penn
03:01state West Virginia, the back when I was playing college football, that's Pitt played West Virginia.
03:07We played Penn state. We played Notre Dame. They were on our schedule every single year.
03:11Penn state played West Virginia. They played Boston college. They played, you know, all these
03:15teams every year. And so I still like to see that some schools have the guts and the courage,
03:20especially in the early part of the season to take on like a major brand name kind of school
03:26slash old school pre-conference realignment kind of rivalry. So I do like to see that,
03:32but you know, Texas this past weekend, I saw arch Manning get in and get a little bit of action.
03:37And, and that's what you're supposed to do when you're a school like Texas,
03:41you're supposed to beat down a school like Colorado state. When you're a school like
03:45Oregon, you're supposed to crush Idaho. And they didn't when you're Colorado and you've
03:49got all this hype, you should handily beat a team like North Dakota state. And they didn't do that.
03:56Yeah. Oregon drops the number seven after beating Idaho 24, 14 this week.
04:00Yeah. Not impressive. Not really very impressive at all. I'll tell you who was impressive.
04:04Miami. I saw Miami go on the road and beat Florida at Florida at the swamp. And Miami's
04:09got a quarterback. I don't know if you guys have heard of this kid or not. I wish I could tell you
04:12his name off the top of my head. I can't. This kid went to like this tiny little school, like Texas
04:19in or something weird like that, like something crazy. Then the kid transferred, I want to say
04:25to Washington state. And now the kid is in his senior year at Miami and he looked cool.
04:32Is Miami the school that has, is Miami the school that has the guy in his ninth year of eligibility?
04:37The tight end. Yeah. 26 years old. Good for him. Yeah. Keep playing, bro.
04:45Play as long as you can, dog. Can I own McCormick? He was a redshirt Oregon 2016
04:53a then injured or played 13 games for Oregon, 2017 injured three years in a row. 2021 injured
04:59in the third game, 2022 played 13 last year, played 13. So ninth college football season.
05:05Amazing. Did my, I guess my, my panthers are not receiving any votes. Okay. I see that.
05:13Neither is my, neither are my Aztecs after their impressive second half against
05:16Western union university. Yeah. And by the way, North Dakota state after losing money.
05:22Yeah. North Dakota state after losing to Colorado is number two
05:26in the FCS coaches poll. Number two. Wow. That gives you an idea of the difference, like a very,
05:32very average Colorado team, which by the way, maybe they won't be average. Maybe there'll be
05:36great. Maybe there'll be terrible. I mean, after one game, I'm not sure, but North Dakota state
05:40putting up that kind of a fight against Colorado keeps them number two in the FCS coaches poll
05:45behind South Dakota state.
