00:00Surah Al-Anfal contains various guidance in terms of warfare that can be applied today.
00:22Interestingly, it can not only be applied in warfare, but also in our daily lives.

02:57The smart one is not here yet.
02:58I wanted to think about it earlier. I wanted to mention the figure, the expert, what else was I going to mention?
03:02So, I chose the expert, Ustaz.

04:13How are you all?
04:15MashaAllah.
04:16Thank you for visiting us on a Sunday.
04:19Still with us in our studio for the re-study session this time.
04:24Al-Fadhil Ustaz, Dr. Muhammad Arif, please.
04:27Alhamdulillah, ladies and gentlemen.
04:28Ladies and gentlemen, let's start with the 63rd verse.
04:33Where we can see Allah SWT says,
04:36Allah is the one who unites the hearts of men.
04:38Even though we spend all the wealth on earth,
04:42we will never be able to unite the hearts of men.
04:47This verse is interesting.
04:48So, I want to ask Ustaz, what does this mean?
04:51And what does this verse mean?
04:52How can we understand that money can settle everything?
04:56But it seems like money is not the solution to all the problems.
05:02Can you tell us how we can unite the hearts of Muslims?
05:08Please.
05:09Thank you, Dr. Arif and Ustaz Sattar.
05:13And also from Rombongan Al-Nisa and Mutiara Raudah.
05:17May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
05:19May peace be upon you too.
05:20Before we continue,
05:24it is important for us to understand this verse.
05:26Allah SWT says,
05:27Allah is the one who unites the hearts of men.
05:28Even though we spend all the wealth on earth,
05:29we will never be able to unite the hearts of men.
05:30Specifically, the context of this verse is about the people of Madinah.
05:35There are two big tribes in Madinah, Aus and Khazraj.
05:38They are the enemies of tradition.
05:39They fight all the time.
05:41It is said that it is impossible for them to unite until the Day of Judgment.
05:45Because the majority of the tribes are fanatics.
05:49But when Rasulullah came,
05:51Rasulullah managed to unite them.
05:53Aus and Khazraj were united by the name of Ansar.
05:56The helpers.
05:58When we discuss this verse,
06:00the ability of the people of Madinah to unite the tribes,
06:03even though they don't use as much wealth as the earth,
06:07there is no denying that it is a miracle.
06:09A miracle that Allah SWT gave to the people of Madinah.
06:13The people of Madinah and the miracle managed to unite their hearts.
06:17Even though,
06:18if we stop at the miracle,
06:21it means that we will never unite.
06:23For example, our PM,
06:25or the imam,
06:26or Dato' Mufti,
06:27they don't have a miracle.
06:29So, they can't unite the Muslims.
06:31So, let them fight.
06:33We have to remember that Rasulullah or Islam,
06:36came to give guidance.
06:39The guidance is the Quran that we read.
06:41If I can summarize in a few minutes to discuss this matter,
06:45even though it is a miracle,
06:47there is still a recipe.
06:48There is a guidance.
06:49And among the recipes,
06:50the main guidance,
06:51the first one,
06:52if I can summarize,
06:53is leadership.
06:55Rasulullah, as a true leader,
06:57brought the right system.
06:59One leader,
07:00one system.
07:02So, the system is what we call the guidance brought by the Prophet to Islam.
07:06And when it comes to the quarrel between Aus and Khazraj,
07:11I like to make an analogy.
07:13For example,
07:14in an institution,
07:15there are many offices.
07:16One office is in trouble.
07:18For a year,
07:19five offices were sent.
07:21In the end,
07:22they got a heart attack.
07:24Suddenly,
07:25the sixth office was sent.
07:27The very troubled office
07:29turned into the best office.
07:32People were surprised.
07:33People went to check.
07:34Why?
07:35When they checked,
07:36it turned out that the leader was right,
07:38the system was right.
07:39So, it's easy.
07:40If we want to unite the Muslims,
07:42we must have the right leaders,
07:44who are truly sincere,
07:45understand Islam,
07:46and bring the Islam system that can be applied
07:49to the society or any institution.
07:52In that way,
07:53God willing,
07:54the Muslims can be united.
07:55Actually,
07:56in the history of the Muslims,
07:57many times,
07:58the Muslims managed to be united.
08:00But usually,
08:01when they are united,
08:02there will be illnesses.
08:03In the end,
08:04the unity will be restored.
08:06And I'm positive.
08:07There will always be a process to reunite.
08:11If we use the right system.
08:13The right system.
08:14That is Islam.
08:15Praise be to Allah.
08:16So, there are two things that need to be taken seriously.
08:19The first is leadership.
08:21And the second is the system.
08:23Is there a way
08:25or can we say
08:26both of these can be applied
08:27to a smaller institution,
08:29which is the family?
08:31So, if possible,
08:32can you tell us a little bit
08:33about how we lead
08:34and the system in the family?
08:36Because I'm positive.
08:38Islam is a religion that is suitable
08:40for all layers of society.
08:41From an empire,
08:43a country,
08:45an institution,
08:46and also a family.
08:47He said,
08:48it's the same.
08:49Islam has all the guidelines.
08:50For example,
08:51in a marriage,
08:52the leader is the husband,
08:53the father,
08:54and the deputy.
08:55The assistant is the wife.
08:59So, all of these are applied.
09:01But,
09:02if all the Muslims
09:04truly live in Islam,
09:06God willing,
09:07the world will be safe.
09:08But now,
09:09the Muslims don't live in Islam.
09:11Those who are already Muslims,
09:12they support Islam
09:13for their personal interests.
09:15So, we have to throw everything aside
09:16and make Rasulullah
09:18as the best example.
09:20This has happened before
09:21and it has happened many times.
09:23It's not difficult for us to repeat
09:25when we have the right recipe.
09:28Sometimes, we see
09:29that the children
09:30don't get along with him.
09:31So, maybe the function
09:32of the leader as the father
09:34has to use the right system.
09:36Ladies and gentlemen,
09:37Alhamdulillah,
09:38we can see
09:39how we emphasize here
09:40based on the 63rd verse.
09:42Although the union of hearts
09:44is a miracle,
09:45we can't just rely on it.
09:49We can't just rely
09:51on the miracle alone.
09:53We even need
09:54a complete and perfect leadership
09:56and another system
09:58that is suitable
09:59to be applied.
10:01So, now we want to focus
10:04on the 64th verse.
10:08If you don't mind,
10:09we would like to ask
10:10Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tariq
10:11to read it first.
10:12Thank you,
10:13Al-Fadhil Ustaz Dr. Muhammad Arif,
10:14Al-Fadhil Ustaz Dr. Abdullah,
10:15Al-Fadhil Ustaz Abdullah.
10:16Ladies and gentlemen,
10:17may Allah's mercy and blessings
10:18be upon you.
10:19The 64th verse.
10:21Let's read.
10:22A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
10:37Wa man ittaba'aka minal milin.
10:50Sadaqallahul Aliyyul Azim.
10:56Dear Prophet,
10:57Allah is sufficient as a Protector
10:59for you and for the believers.
11:01If we look at the beginning of this surah,
11:02ladies and gentlemen,
11:03may Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you,
11:04we can see
11:05how this affirmation
11:06was made twice.
11:08That is,
11:09in the 62nd verse
11:10and the 64th verse,
11:12it was emphasized
11:13how Allah SWT
11:15is a Protector
11:16for the believers.
11:17What is the significance
11:19of this repetition?
11:20We will reveal it
11:21shortly.
11:22Don't go anywhere.
11:23My Quran Time,
11:24Quran Salat and Infaq.
11:35Quran Salat and Infaq.
12:05Quran Salat and Infaq.
12:35Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:06Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:14Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:24Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:34Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:44Quran Salat and Infaq.
13:54Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:18Alhamdulillah,
14:19we are back in
14:20My Quran Time,
14:21Quran Salat and Infaq.
14:22Ladies and gentlemen,
14:23Alhamdulillah,
14:24we are still with
14:25Al-Fadl Usas Abdullah Bukhari,
14:27a lecturer
14:28at the International
14:29Islamic University.
14:30It's true,
14:31I didn't mispronounce
14:32the name of the university.
14:33I wanted to say
14:34the name of my university.
14:35Alhamdulillah.
14:36So,
14:37Usas,
14:38maybe we can
14:39go straight to the question.
14:40How do we see
14:41the 62nd verse
14:42and the 64th verse
14:44as if there is
14:45a little similarity
14:46in terms of affirmation
14:47that Allah SWT
14:49is a Protector
14:50and Helper
14:51to the believers?
14:53If possible,
14:54can you explain
14:55the significance
14:56of this repetition?
14:57And,
14:58how do we deal
14:59with this verse
15:00now?
15:01Okay.
15:02Thank you,
15:03Mr. Arief,
15:04Mr. Tariq,
15:05and the audience.
15:06Indeed,
15:07the 62nd verse
15:08and the 64th verse
15:09are repeated twice.
15:10فَإِنَّ حَسْبَكَ اللَّهِ
15:11Allah is sufficient
15:12for you as a Helper.
15:13But,
15:14if we pay attention
15:15to the 62nd verse,
15:16it actually says
15:17that Allah's protection,
15:19His guarantee,
15:20is more specific
15:21to the believers.
15:22That is why
15:23it is related
15:24to the previous verse.
15:25If we look at
15:26the previous verse,
15:27the 61st verse,
15:28there is a story
15:29about war.
15:30When we are
15:31facing an army
15:32or the enemies
15:33of the Muslims,
15:34we need to have
15:35the strength
15:36and the army.
15:37When we are at war,
15:38sometimes the enemies
15:39ask for peace.
15:40And when the enemies
15:41ask for peace,
15:42Allah SWT
15:43suggests in the 61st verse
15:44that we must
15:45accept that peace.
15:46But,
15:47we must not
15:48just accept it.
15:49Sometimes,
15:50it is a trick
15:51or a trick
15:52in war.
15:53So,
15:54if they seem
15:55to be sincere
15:56for peace,
15:57Allah SWT
15:58accepts that peace.
15:59Then,
16:00a question arises
16:01in the 62nd verse.
16:02وَإِن يُرِدُوا أَن يَخْدَعُوكَ
16:04If they want to
16:05deceive you
16:06with the process
16:07of peace,
16:08how?
16:09So, Allah SWT
16:10says,
16:11don't worry.
16:12فَإِنَّ حَسْبَكَ اللَّهِ
16:13Allah is sufficient
16:14for you as a Helper
16:15in the issue
16:16of peace
16:17after you
16:18have accepted
16:19the offer
16:20of peace.
16:21And I believe
16:22that a wise
16:23army leader
16:24will not accept
16:25the offer
16:26of peace
16:27just like that.
16:28There are steps
16:29to be taken.
16:30There are
16:31plan A,
16:32plan B,
16:33plan C.
16:34The enemy
16:35will turn around
16:36later.
16:37So,
16:38we laugh
16:39at Allah
16:40and we believe
16:41that Allah
16:42will protect us.
16:43So,
16:44the 62nd verse
16:45is more specific.
16:46Allah SWT
16:47says,
16:48don't worry
16:49about peace
16:50because peace
16:51is Allah's
16:52advice
16:53in the 61st verse.
16:54That is,
16:55فَإِنَّ حَسْبَكَ اللَّهِ
16:56in the 62nd verse.
16:57It is specific
16:58in the issue
16:59of peace.
17:00Whereas,
17:01the 64th verse
17:02is more general.
17:03Allah says,
17:04O Prophet,
17:05Allah is sufficient
17:06for you
17:07and for the believers.
17:08This is in all
17:09situations
17:10or other wars
17:11that are faced
17:12by the Muslims.
17:13So,
17:14if we say
17:15surah Al-Anfal
17:16or other wars,
17:17even though
17:18it may happen
17:19in the future,
17:20Allah says,
17:21Allah is sufficient
17:22as your protector.
17:23And in the 64th verse,
17:24the guarantee of safety
17:25is more general
17:26for all other
17:27situations.
17:28And it is easy
17:29to interpret
17:30like this.
17:31The Prophets,
17:32if they are
17:33directed to do
17:34jihad,
17:35Allah will
17:36give them
17:37a guarantee of victory.
17:38But,
17:39after they
17:40took a step,
17:41He said,
17:42sunnatullah,
17:43preparation,
17:44and the Prophet
17:45took a step,
17:46preparation,
17:47and put the army
17:48in the battle of Khandaq.
17:49The Prophet
17:50took a step,
17:51preparation,
17:52and the Prophet
17:53and so on.
17:54So,
17:55if Allah
17:56directs you
17:57to do jihad,
17:58the guarantee
17:59of victory
18:00is there.
18:01Allah says,
18:02Allah is sufficient
18:03for you
18:04and for the believers,
18:05but you still
18:06have to take
18:07a step
18:08and not
18:09for free.
18:10You sit
18:11and hope for victory
18:12but you don't
18:13take a step
18:14for victory.
18:15So,
18:16this refers
18:17to the process
18:18of peace
18:19and the 64th verse
18:20is more general.
18:21So,
18:22when we read
18:23the 64th verse,
18:24we feel
18:25happy.
18:26Allah says,
18:27Hasbukallah
18:28wa manita
18:29ba'akamin
18:30dan mu'minin.
18:31That is,
18:32we are together
18:33with Allah
18:34as a protector.
18:35Alhamdulillah.
18:36That is what
18:37I said earlier.
18:38We hope for Allah
18:39as our protector
18:40but in life,
18:41there must be
18:42preparation.
18:43So,
18:44preparation
18:45and protection
18:46must be
18:47on the side
18:48of
18:49putting
18:50dependence
18:51on Allah.
18:52Interesting.
18:53So,
18:54ladies and gentlemen,
18:55let's focus
18:56on the 65th verse.
18:57Before that,
18:58I would like to ask
18:59Al-Fadhil Ustad
19:00Tarumizi
19:01to read
19:02the 65th verse
19:03first.
19:04Thank you,
19:05Al-Fadhil Ustad
19:06Dr. Arif,
19:07Al-Fadhil Ustad
19:08Abdullah,
19:09ladies and gentlemen,
19:10Ayah Bonda,
19:11in the studio
19:12on YouTube,
19:13Facebook,
19:14and so on.
19:15We will move
19:16to the 65th verse.
19:17It is quite long.
19:18Let's try.
19:19A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
19:42A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
20:12A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
20:41A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
21:09A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
21:37A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
22:05A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
22:33A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
23:01A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
23:29A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
23:57A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
24:25A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
24:53A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
25:23A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
25:53A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
26:23A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem.
26:54One of the points that you mentioned,
26:57...we realise that we can do that in Ramadan.
27:01That's one of the clues for me.
27:03Prof, please give us some advice.
27:05This is a common problem that we face...
27:10...and we pay attention to our friends.
27:13For example, when I was studying, I had a friend who was on his period.
27:19But he could stop during Ramadan.
27:22It means that he could stop.
27:24He didn't even smoke.
27:26He smoked but he didn't smoke.
27:29He could stop during Ramadan.
27:31After Ramadan, he started smoking again.
27:34I think this is similar to other things.
27:36There are people who like to watch movies...
27:39...or watch bad things.
27:41But, during Ramadan, he could stop.
27:43It shows that he has the strength to do those things.
27:48But at the same time, he needs a support system.
28:18Praise be to Allah.
28:19We're back to My Quran Time, Quran Salat and Infaq.
28:22Ladies and gentlemen, may Allah bless you.
28:24Now, we're going to continue our study...
28:27...on page 185 and 186.
28:32Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to ask you to focus on...
28:35...verse 67.
28:40Before we ask questions about this verse,
28:42...I'd like to ask Al-Fadhil Ustaz Tarmizi to read the verse.
28:46Thank you, Al-Fadhil Ustaz Arif and Al-Fadhil Ustaz Abdullah.
28:50Ladies and gentlemen, may Allah bless you.
28:53Let's move on to verse 67.
28:57There are two words that have the letter Dhat.
29:01Filardi and Arada.
29:04Let's practice pronouncing the letter Dhat.
29:06It's one of the challenging letters.
29:08Let's try.
29:16Surah Al-Fadhil Ustaz Arif.
29:46Surah Al-Fadhil Ustaz Abdullah.
30:17Surah Al-Fadhil Ustaz Abdullah.
30:30What's wrong with me?
30:32I can't even read properly.
30:34I don't even drink coffee.
30:38Ladies and gentlemen, may Allah bless you.
30:41If we look at this verse,
30:43...it's as if Allah SWT rejected Prophet Muhammad SAW.
30:47If we look at the Quran,
30:49...it's normal to see this happening.
30:51Allah rejected Prophet Muhammad SAW in several incidents.
30:55I'd like to ask Al-Fadhil Ustaz,
30:57...what is this rejection about?
30:59Why is it that when Allah rejects, it's kept in the Quran?
31:04It's as if Allah wants to tell us something.
31:06Go ahead.
31:08This verse is from after the Battle of Badr.
31:10During the Battle of Badr, there were 70 enemies.
31:13We have to remember that this was the first battle.
31:17Even when we read about the Battle of Badr,
31:20...there was no plan from the start that Prophet Muhammad would go to war.
31:23Prophet Muhammad was supposed to go and conquer Abu Sufyan's trading camp.
31:26The number was more than 300.
31:28All of a sudden, the trading camp was retreated back to Mecca.
31:31The Meccans came with 1,000 men.
31:33If we think logically, there were 300 men and 1,000 men.
31:36There was no plan.
31:37All of a sudden, they won.
31:39When they won, they wanted to make an execution.
31:41At that time, the revelation hadn't come down to Prophet Muhammad...
31:44...to explain how it happened.
31:46Then, Prophet Muhammad practiced Shura.
31:48Prophet Muhammad called his companions.
31:50The first companion was Abu Bakar and Umar.
31:52Abu Bakar said,
31:53...take Tebusan.
31:54They said,
31:55...why?
31:56We still don't have much income.
31:58Then, Umar said,
32:00...don't keep them.
32:01They'll be killed.
32:02After the Shura was conducted,
32:05...Prophet Muhammad chose Abu Bakar's opinion.
32:08After Prophet Muhammad chose Abu Bakar's opinion,
32:11...the verse was revealed.
32:13If we read the long verse,
32:15...when it was revealed,
32:16...Prophet Muhammad and Abu Bakar cried bitterly...
32:18...because they were worried about Allah's custom.
32:20It was revealed because Baginda had made a decision...
32:23...that was not consistent with what Allah had instructed.
32:26However, in the 68th and 69th verses,
32:29...Allah forgave Baginda.
32:32Allah said,
32:33...take it as an inheritance...
32:37...for something that is halal...
32:39...and good for you to eat.
32:41However, our lesson is,
32:42...why was this verse kept?
32:44This verse was kept because Allah wanted to show mercy...
32:49...to the Muslims,
32:51...to the Prophets,
32:52...to the companions.
32:53It was a huge sin.
32:54Although it looked like a huge sin,
32:57...it was forgiven.
32:59He wanted to show that Allah's mercy...
33:01...was greater than His forgiveness.
33:03Secondly, among the wisdoms,
33:04...why was this verse kept?
33:05We read it until now.
33:06We, the Muslims, will understand the concept of ijtihad.
33:11Ijtihad means when there is no guidance,
33:15...when there is no guidance from the scholars.
33:21In the case of the Prophet,
33:22...there was no revelation.
33:24The Prophet did ijtihad...
33:25...after the Prophet took the view of Umar, Abu Bakr, etc.
33:31Ijtihad is something that is acknowledged by Allah.
33:35The scholars said,
33:37...this is an example of Rasulullah's ijtihad.
33:40Interestingly,
33:41...although Abu Bakr said,
33:44...take it as an inheritance,
33:46...Umar said, kill him.
33:47The Prophet did both.
33:49The Prophet did both.
33:50The majority,
33:51...the Prophet took the view of Umar.
33:53The Prophet took the view of Umar.
33:56But the minority,
33:57...apparently there were three characters.
33:59In the battle of Badr,
34:00...the Prophet was killed,
34:01...even after he was killed.
34:02Who?
34:03Uqbah bin Abi Mu'ayyid,
34:04...Anazal bin Ahl al-Harith, and one more.
34:06Why were they killed?
34:08Because they committed a great crime.
34:10Like Uqbah bin Abi Mu'ayyid,
34:12...he repeatedly tried to kill the Prophet in Mecca.
34:15He stabbed the Prophet's neck.
34:16The story is popular.
34:17And Anazal bin Ahl al-Harith.
34:19Why was he killed in the battle of Badr,
34:21...even after he was killed?
34:22Because he was one of the worst people,
34:24...he insulted the Qur'an.
34:25He said,
34:28In conclusion,
34:29...why was this verse kept?
34:30There are many teachings for us.
34:32Sometimes we see,
34:34...Allah gave mercy,
34:36...gave forgiveness,
34:37...gave victory to the Muslims,
34:39...for a certain wisdom.
34:40Secondly,
34:41...Allah kept this verse,
34:42...Allah wants to teach us,
34:43...the Muslims,
34:44...in making decisions,
34:47...there must be shura.
34:48And sometimes,
34:49...in making decisions,
34:50...the leaders must be honest,
34:52...assess the situation,
34:53...and then give their own opinion,
34:55...the most correct and just opinion,
34:58...to deal with the current situation.
35:03It's interesting,
35:04...when I heard,
35:05...the Prophet had two opinions,
35:08...but Omar's opinion was only applied to three people,
35:11...and Abu Bakar's opinion was applied to the majority.
35:14Praise be to Allah.
35:15Ladies and gentlemen,
35:16...that is the significance,
35:18...of why this verse,
35:20...was given to the Prophet,
35:21...was still kept in the Quran.
35:23Now, we will go to,
35:24...the 72nd verse,
35:26...where we can see,
35:28...in the 72nd verse,
35:29...Allah SWT talks about,
35:31...a few groups of Muslims,
35:33...in the early days of Islam,
35:35...and it is related to,
35:36...migration and faith.
35:37If Ustaz,
35:38...can you simplify,
35:39...this verse,
35:40...as if it is long.
35:42Who are they, Ustaz?
35:44Please.
35:45Okay.
35:46The Surah Al-Anfal,
35:47...is one of the Surahs,
35:48...that was revealed in Madinah,
35:50...regarding the battle of Badr.
35:51If we want to know,
35:52...the details of Surah Al-Anfal,
35:53...regarding the battle of Badr,
35:55...the Surah Al-Anfal,
35:56...is one of the Surahs,
35:57...that can provide an answer.
35:58In the early days of Islam,
35:59...when we migrated,
36:00...when the Muslims,
36:01...arrived in Madinah,
36:02...the Muslims,
36:03...were divided into four groups.
36:05The verse mentions,
36:06...four groups.
36:07The first group,
36:08...was,
36:09...until,
36:14...there,
36:15...the story of the first Muhajirin,
36:17...who converted to Islam,
36:19...migrated,
36:20...before Hudaybiyah.
36:22Before Hudaybiyah.
36:23Hudaybiyah,
36:24...in the 6th year of emigration.
36:25Why?
36:26From the beginning of emigration,
36:27...from the beginning of Islam,
36:28...in Mecca,
36:29...until Hudaybiyah,
36:30...was a very difficult time.
36:31So,
36:32...any Sahabah,
36:33...who could survive here,
36:34...in that time,
36:35...they had a very high rank.
36:37The second group,
36:40...was the Ansar.
36:41Meaning,
36:42...they were great,
36:43...but,
36:44...they didn't face challenges,
36:45...like the Muhajirin.
36:46They were in Madinah,
36:47...but,
36:48...their sacrifice,
36:49...was terrific.
36:50They accepted,
36:51...the Muhajirin,
36:52...and gave,
36:53...their lives,
36:54...in Madinah.
36:55The third group,
36:56...if we look at it,
36:57...Allah said,
37:01...meaning,
37:02...the Muslims in Mecca,
37:03...but,
37:04...they didn't emigrate.
37:05They didn't emigrate.
37:06Maybe,
37:07...due to certain reasons,
37:08...or,
37:09...because they weren't able,
37:10...to face the challenges,
37:11...in a new place.
37:12The third group.
37:14The third group,
37:17...if we look at it,
37:18...they,
37:19...if they were in trouble,
37:20...they needed help.
37:22The Muslims in Madinah,
37:24...had to help.
37:26But,
37:27...if they were,
37:28...in a country,
37:29...a non-Muslim country,
37:31...they were oppressed there,
37:32...and when they asked for help,
37:34...from a Muslim country,
37:36...if the country that oppressed them,
37:38...had a peace agreement,
37:40...a special agreement,
37:42...and at that time,
37:43...the Muslim country,
37:44...couldn't send help.
37:46Because,
37:47...they respected the agreement.
37:48They respected the agreement.
37:49This is one of the examples,
37:50...of how,
37:51...Islam is a beautiful religion.
37:53And,
37:54...there's a lot of it in the biography.
37:55And,
37:56...the fourth group,
37:57...actually,
37:58...it's in the 75th verse.
37:59People who,
38:00...belong to Islam,
38:01...emigrated,
38:02...after Hudaybiyah.
38:03So,
38:04...in conclusion,
38:05...there are four.
38:06People who,
38:07...belong to Islam,
38:08...emigrated before Hudaybiyah.
38:09People who,
38:10...belong to Ansar,
38:11...didn't emigrate,
38:12...and the fourth,
38:13...emigrated after Hudaybiyah.
38:14And,
38:15...this ranking,
38:16...can't be compared.
38:17Of course,
38:18...the first group,
38:19...is the highest.
38:20And,
38:21...all of the four,
38:22...Khulafat Ar-Rashidi,
38:23...started with Abu Bakar,
38:24...and fulfilled the characteristics,
38:25...of the first group.
38:26Oh,
38:27...MashaAllah.
38:28So,
38:29...there are four,
38:30...rankings,
38:31...Muhajirin,
38:32...Ansar,
38:33...Muslims who didn't emigrate,
38:34...and lastly,
38:35...Muslims who,
38:36...entered Islam,
38:37...but didn't emigrate.
38:38Emigrated after Hudaybiyah.
38:40Yes.
38:41So, ladies and gentlemen,
38:42...this is the ranking,
38:43...of the companions of the Prophet SAW,
38:45...but,
38:46...in general,
38:47...these four rankings,
38:48...exceed our rankings.
38:49They are far,
38:50...beyond our rankings.
38:51They are,
38:52...inshaAllah,
38:53...among the people,
38:54...whom Allah SWT called,
38:55...Radiallahu anhum wa radu'an.
38:57Let's take a short break,
38:58...ladies and gentlemen.
38:59There are more questions,
39:00...that we would like to ask,

41:16My Quran Time,
41:17...Quran Salat and Infaq.
41:18My Quran Time,
41:19...Quran Salat and Infaq.
41:49Alhamdulillah,
42:03Ladies and Gentlemen,
42:04we are back in My Quran Time.
42:06Alhamdulillah,
42:07we are still accompanied by
42:08Al-Fadhil Ustaz Abdullah Bukhari.
42:11Ustaz,
42:12my question is,
42:13because I see in the 72nd verse,
42:17Ustaz,
42:18I have a bit of a problem.
42:19Because,
42:20it seems as if the Muslims,
42:22have a desire to defend the fate of other Muslims
42:26in the enemy country.
42:27You mentioned earlier,
42:28maybe it's because you need more explanation,
42:31Ustaz,
42:32because he seems a bit displeased there.
42:33Tell us, Ustaz.
42:34Yes, indeed,
42:35we are displeased.
42:36For example,
42:37let's take a simple example,
42:39after the Hudaibiyah.
42:41In the Hudaibiyah agreement,
42:42among the agreements,
42:43the contents of the agreements
42:44that seem to be heavy,
42:46is that wherever Muslims from Mecca migrate to Madinah,
42:50they need to be sent back.
42:51And wherever,
42:53we say,
42:54people from Madinah who are apostates go to Mecca,
42:56they don't need to be sent back to Madinah.
42:58It does seem heavy.
42:59So,
43:00actually,
43:01because of that agreement,
43:02the Prophet did hold on to the agreements.
43:04The Muslims,
43:05our religion,
43:06Islam is a religion that respects agreements.
43:08In this case,
43:09we need to focus on the agreements.
43:11Even so,
43:12the Prophet didn't allow it.
43:13The Prophet had an alternative.
43:15According to the Prophet's advice,
43:17when a Muslim from Mecca migrates to Madinah,
43:21the Prophet said,
43:22I can't keep you in Madinah.
43:24The Prophet told him to leave.
43:25Then,
43:26maybe because of the revelation,
43:27he didn't want to give it to the man,
43:28he didn't want to trouble the Prophet,
43:29he went to another camp.
43:31He went to another camp,
43:32in another place.
43:34So,
43:35wherever Muslims in Mecca,
43:36who,
43:37you know,
43:38the Prophet really respected the agreements,
43:39he didn't go to Madinah,
43:40he didn't want to trouble the Prophet,
43:41he went to that camp.
43:42Then,
43:43it became a small kingdom
43:44that bothered the Musyrikin Quraysh.
43:46Then,
43:47if we read in surah,
43:48the Meccans had to meet the Prophet.
43:50They asked the Prophet to control this group.
43:53That's one.
43:54Then,
43:55the second alternative,
43:56prayer.
43:57And if we read,
43:58many of the Prophet's companions,
44:00wanted to migrate,
44:01but they couldn't,
44:02because it was forbidden.
44:03The Prophet didn't want to do anything.
44:04As if they were tied up because of the agreements,
44:06the Prophet prayed for them.
44:07There are many examples of the Prophet's prayers.
44:09Allahumma inji al-walid bin al-walid.
44:11O Allah,
44:12give us,
44:13save us,
44:14save us,
44:15save us,
44:16save us.
44:17And it turned out,
44:18when the Prophet read that prayer,
44:19Allah didn't want to open a way
44:20for the people who were oppressed in Mecca.
44:22Then,
44:23they could go out
44:24and free themselves
44:25from the clutches of the Musyrikin Quraysh.
44:26That's why we are now in Palestine.
44:28For example,
44:29the issue of Palestine.
44:30We don't have much that we can do.
44:31We can send help.
44:32That's why,
44:33don't leave the Qur'an.
44:35The Qur'an is among the most important sunnah.
44:38Pray.
44:39Maybe our sincere prayer,
44:40Allah won't give.
44:41Allah won't give.
44:42It's just a passage.
44:43And we have seen
44:44some incidents.
44:45There are some parties
44:46who tried to attack Israel
44:48and so on.
44:49When that happened,
44:50I also remember the Prophet's prayer.
44:52We read,
44:56O Allah,
44:57send to them
44:58among the dogs
45:00or your army.
45:02Allah knows.
45:03MashaAllah.
45:04So, actually,
45:05even though it looks heavy,
45:07but its ending
45:09is dangerous.
45:10MashaAllah.
45:11We have to look at it holistically.
45:13Don't look at it in front of our eyes.
45:14Maybe,
45:15after a few years,
45:16we have to look at it more broadly.
45:18That's the lack of patience, Ustaz.
45:20We have to be more patient.
45:22Okay, Ustaz.
45:23Maybe we want to continue
45:24to the 75th verse.
45:28If possible,
45:29if we look at this verse,
45:31it talks about
45:32how the bond
45:34is more important
45:35in the establishment of Allah's religion.
45:39Well,
45:40we usually hear
45:41that religion
45:42is more important
45:43compared to
45:44the bond of family.
45:46But here,
45:47it looks like there are two...
45:49It's the opposite, Ustaz.
45:51Where the bond is more important
45:54in the establishment of Allah's religion.
45:56But, before you answer my question,
45:58I would like to ask
45:59the blessing
46:00of the voice,
46:01the recitation
46:02of our Mas'ud
46:04from Ustaz Tarmizi.
46:05Ustaz, please.
46:06Thank you, Ustaz.
46:07Thank you, Ustaz.
46:08In two breaths.
46:09In two breaths.
46:10Alhamdulillah.
46:11MashaAllah.
46:12Okay, let's try
46:13the 75th verse.
46:14Let's go.
46:15Audhu Billahi minash shaitanir rajim.
46:37Surah Al-Fatihah.
47:07Surah Al-Fatihah.
47:12Surah Al-Fatihah.
47:17And those who have accepted it,
47:19and have emigrated with you,
47:21they are among your people.
47:23Those who have the bond of family,
47:25most of them are more entitled
47:27to be together
47:28than those who are not family,
47:30according to the Book of Allah.
47:31How is it, Ustaz?
47:32Can you explain a little bit
47:34this phrase, Ustaz?
47:35That's it.
47:36It's like a song.
47:37If we read
47:38what Dr. Harith said,
47:40there are several verses.
47:41For example, Surah At-Tawbah.
47:42Surah At-Tawbah.
47:43If we look at
47:44verses 23 and 24,
47:46Allah Almighty said,
47:47if there is a conflict
47:48between the bond of blood
47:50and the bond of religion,
47:52if there is a conflict,
47:54the bond of blood
47:55is more important than religion.
47:57It's the same with Surah Al-Mujadidah.
47:58Suddenly, Allah Almighty said,
48:00those who have the bond of blood
48:02are more important.
48:03Actually, it's not a coincidence.
48:04It's not a coincidence.
48:05We have to look at this verse
48:06according to the context.
48:07The verse that talks about
48:08Surah At-Tawbah,
48:10Surah Al-Mujadidah,
48:11is an issue of faith.
48:13An issue of faith.
48:14For example,
48:15brothers and sisters,
48:16this is Islam.
48:17This is kafir.
48:18Kafir tries to influence
48:20or oppress the Muslims.
48:23At that time,
48:24even though they are brothers and sisters,
48:25they have to prioritize
48:26the bond of religion.
48:27Hijrah.
48:28Even in the war,
48:29there was a conflict.
48:30In the war,
48:31there was a conflict
48:32between the Muslims
48:33and the kafir.
48:34The father and the son
48:35care about the bond of blood.
48:37That's why religion is more important.
48:39That's a different context.
48:40Whereas this verse
48:41talks about the bond
48:42between the family
48:43and the Pharaoh.
48:44This verse
48:45is more than the Pharaoh.
48:46There are two verses.
48:47This verse
48:48and the sixth verse
48:49of Surah Al-Ahzab.
48:52The story is like this.
48:53When they emigrated to Madinah,
48:54due to the fact that
48:55the Muslims
48:56who originated from Mecca
48:58were still new in Mecca,
49:00in Madinah.
49:01They had no property.
49:02So, the Prophet
49:04to stabilize their situation,
49:05the Prophet
49:06brought them together.
49:08The Meccans became
49:09brothers and sisters.
49:11When they were
49:12brothers and sisters,
49:13at the beginning of Islam,
49:14when they just emigrated,
49:15they had the right
49:17to get the inheritance
49:18of the Pharaoh.
49:19One in six.
49:20One in six.
49:21After a few years,
49:22for example,
49:23Surah Al-Ahzab
49:24was revealed
49:25in the fifth year of emigration.
49:27When the Muslims
49:28and the Meccans
49:29who emigrated
49:30were stable,
49:31Allah brought down
49:32this verse
49:33and the previous verse,
49:34Surah Al-Ahzab,
49:35to state that
49:36when this verse was revealed,
49:37the right of inheritance
49:39was one in six
49:40from the inheritance
49:41of the Pharaoh.
49:42It was destroyed.
49:43Then Allah said,
49:44wa ulul arhami
49:45ba'duhum
49:46awla bi ba'din
49:47fi kitabillah.
49:48And the people
49:49who had blood relations,
49:50it was more important
49:51than the relationship
49:52between the brothers
49:53and sisters of the Prophet.
49:54So, when this verse was revealed,
49:55then we say
49:56the right of inheritance
49:57one in six
49:58was destroyed.
49:59It didn't exist
50:00until the Day of Judgment.
50:01That's the story.
50:02The context is different.
50:03The context is different.
50:04So, this refers to
50:05ulul arham
50:06among the believers.
50:07Yes.
50:08Like that.
50:09The one over there
50:10is about
50:11even though it's ulul arham,
50:12but it's different
50:13among the religions.
50:14Mashallah.
50:15May Allah bless you.
50:16So, Ustaz,
50:17thank you for the explanation.
50:18May it be a guide
50:19for all of us.
50:20If we can,
50:21our ulul arham
50:22is all
50:23among the believers.
50:24Ameen.
50:25That's why it's important
50:26for us
50:27to always convey
50:28the da'wah
50:29among us,
50:30among our family.
50:34We need to prioritize
50:35our family members
50:36when we convey
50:37the da'wah.
50:38This is actually
50:39a lesson for me
50:40and I'm sure
50:41for Ustaz Tar.
50:42Sometimes,
50:43we teach people
50:44to forget
50:45about our family members.
50:46So, God willing,
50:47we will also
50:48learn from this.
50:49God willing.
50:50So, ladies and gentlemen,
50:51Alhamdulillah,
50:52our research session
50:53for today is over.
50:54Alhamdulillah.
50:55We've learned
50:56a lot.
50:57May it be a guide
50:58for us
50:59to live
51:00our daily lives.
51:01God willing.
51:02So, I'd like to ask
51:03Alfa and Ustaz
51:04to recite the du'a.
51:05Not the food du'a.
51:07You can do it, Ustaz.
51:09Okay.
51:10I'd like to share
51:11this du'a with you.
51:12In a narration,
51:13the Prophet recited
51:14this du'a
51:15after the revelation
51:16of Surah Al-Mu'minun.
51:17And this du'a
51:18has an extraordinary
51:19acceptance
51:20and a great meaning.
51:21God willing.
51:22And we have
51:23experienced
51:24the blessings
51:25of this du'a.
51:26In fact,
51:27some say
51:28this du'a
51:29is practiced
51:30so that
51:31our memorization
51:32is not forgotten.
51:33We also need to
51:34maintain
51:35this du'a.
51:36May it be a guide
51:37for us
51:38to live
51:39our daily lives.
51:40May it be a guide
51:41for us
51:42to live
51:43our daily lives.
51:44May it be a guide
51:45for us
51:46to live
51:47our daily lives.
51:48May it be a guide
51:49for us
51:50to live
51:51our daily lives.
51:52May it be a guide
51:53for us
51:54to live
51:55our daily lives.
51:56May it be a guide
51:57for us
51:58to live
51:59our daily lives.
52:00May it be a guide
52:01for us
52:02to live
52:03our daily lives.
52:04I seek forgiveness from God.
52:05Ameen.
52:06Ameen.
52:07Ya Rabbul A'lamin.
52:08May God Almighty
52:09accept and favor
52:10the du'a
52:11that has been
52:12recited.
52:13I was too fast
52:14to catch up.
52:15I also want to follow you.
52:16It's okay.
52:17God willing,
52:18we'll repeat
52:19our du'a.
52:20I'll wait
52:21at any restaurant.
52:24God willing.
52:26So, God willing,
52:27at the end
52:28or at the end,
52:29may the du'a
52:30we recited
52:31also strengthen us
52:32to pray
52:33to spread our teachings,
52:35to revive the teachings of Al-Quran
52:37by contributing to the movement of Al-Quran
52:41to spread our teachings,
52:43to revive the generation of Al-Quran,
52:45to spread the teachings of Al-Quran
52:47to our family and community
52:49and hopefully to give birth to people
52:51or communities who love Al-Quran.
52:55So we want to say once again,
52:56Jazakumullahu Khairul Jazak
52:58Thank you very much,
53:00to our teacher, Al-Fadhil Ustaz Abdullah Bukhari
53:04and God willing,
53:06there will be more to come.
53:08God willing.
53:10God willing.
53:11And don't forget our teacher,
53:13Al-Fadhil Ustaz Dr. Muhammad Arif Musa.
53:16Don't forget the ladies and gentlemen
53:17who attended the studio,
53:18also those who promised to be with us
53:21in front of the TV
53:23to play Quran Time.
53:24God willing,
53:25we will continue our conversation.
53:27The next verse,
53:28the next page,
53:29will be in the next episode.
