00:00Thomas and the snowman party.
00:04It was a snowy winter's day on the island of Sodor.
00:10The children were busy building the biggest snowman on Sodor.
00:15All the engines wanted to help the children.
00:19They were very excited.
00:21Thomas whooshed into the town square.
00:25Thomas' best friend Percy was there.
00:28So was James.
00:30Percy was smiling.
00:32Hello Percy, you look happy.
00:35There's going to be a snowman party, Thomas.
00:38Farmer McColchic Dog will hunt the hat.
00:41The Brass Band will play.
00:43And Mr Bubbles the Clown is going to do magic hat tricks.
00:48Thomas' firebox fizzed.
00:51That will be fun.
00:53Then the Fat Controller arrived.
00:56There is a lot to do for the snowman party.
01:00You have all to huff your hardest.
01:03Percy, you will collect cupcakes from the bakery.
01:07Right away, sir.
01:09WHISTLE
01:13James, you must collect the special guests from Brendan Docks.
01:18Yes, sir.
01:19HONK
01:22And Thomas, you are to pick up an important package from Knapford Station.
01:29Thomas pumped his pistons proudly.
01:33Then he saw that the children looked sad.
01:36Our snowman has a carrot for a nose, coal for his eyes and mouth,
01:40and a brightly coloured scarf.
01:42But he doesn't have a hat.
01:46Thomas didn't want the children to be sad.
01:49Thomas wanted to help the children.
01:52Don't worry, I'll find a hat for your snowman.

01:58So Thomas didn't go to Knapford Station to pick up the important package.
02:04He chuffed cheerfully away to find a hat.
02:07Thomas clickety clacked along the track.
02:11I'll look and look and find a hat.
02:14The children will be pleased with that.
02:17Thomas puffed past Farmer McColl's farm.
02:21Suddenly, he huffed to a halt.
02:25There was a big brown hat on a hay bale.
02:29Thomas' boiler bubbled with excitement.
02:32This would be a very good hat for the children's snowman.
02:36That would make them happy.
02:38So Thomas' driver put the big brown hat into Thomas' cab.

02:45And Thomas huffed happily away.
02:50Thomas clattered along the track.
02:53I've found a hat, I've found a hat.
02:55The children will be pleased with that.
02:58And Thomas wheezed on to pick up the important package.
03:03On his way to Knapford, Thomas chuffed through Marron Station.
03:08Suddenly, he screeched to a stop.
03:12There was another big hat on the platform bench.
03:16Thomas smiled from footplate to fender.
03:19This hat is even bigger than the big brown hat.
03:23It will make the children even happier.
03:26So Thomas' driver put the big hat in Thomas' cab.
03:32I've found a bigger, better hat.
03:34The children will be pleased with that.

03:38And Thomas puffed perkily away to pick up the important package.
03:44On his way to Knapford, Thomas steamed through Maithwaite Station.
03:50Suddenly, he stopped.
03:52There was a very big hat sitting on some suitcases.
03:57It was blue and green and red and purple.
04:01It was the most colourful hat Thomas had ever seen.
04:05It was also the biggest.
04:07This hat would make the children happiest of all.
04:10So Thomas' driver put the big colourful hat into Thomas' cab.
04:16I've found the biggest, brightest hat.
04:20The children will be pleased with that.
04:22WHISTLE
04:23And Thomas wheezed away to pick up the important package.
04:29Then Thomas chuffed to a junction.
04:33Toby was there.
04:34Toby was worried.
04:37The children have finished building their snowman.
04:40But they still don't have a hat for him.
04:43Thomas gasped.
04:45I have a hat for the children's snowman.
04:48I'll take it to them right away.

04:51Thomas pumped his pistons and raced to the town square.

05:00Hello, Percy. Hello, James.
05:03Percy and James looked sad.
05:06Farmer McColl has lost his big brown hat.
05:10Now his sheepdog can't hunt the hat.
05:13The brass band haven't arrived.
05:15They're looking for the conductor's big hat.
05:19And Mr Bubbles has lost his blue, red, green and purple hat.
05:23Now he can't do any magic hat tricks.
05:26Thomas felt terrible.

05:30I have all those hats in my cab.
05:33Percy and James were surprised.
05:36I wanted to help the children.
05:38I wanted to find a hat for their snowman.
05:41I wanted to make them happy.
05:45Then the Fat Controller arrived.
05:48Where is my important package, Thomas?
05:52I'm sorry, sir.
05:54Your important package is still at Knapford Station.
05:58I was trying to find a hat for the children's snowman.
06:02Now you don't have your package and I have spoiled the children's fun.
06:07The Fat Controller looked cross.
06:10I'm sure I can put this right, sir.
06:13Very well, Thomas.
06:15So Thomas raced away as fast as his wheels could wear.

06:23Thomas puffed into Knapford Station.
06:26The Fat Controller's important package was put into his cab.
06:31And Thomas raced quickly away.
06:35Next, Thomas reached to Farmer McColl's farm.

06:40Farmer McColl and his sheepdog were looking for his big brown hat.
06:44I have your hat, sir.
06:46The children are waiting for you at the snowman party.
06:50So Farmer McColl and his sheepdog jumped into Annie.
06:55And Thomas skied swiftly away.
06:57WHISTLE
07:00Then Thomas puffed to Marran Station.
07:03The Brass Band were still looking for the Conductor's hat.
07:07I have your hat, sir.
07:09All aboard for the town square and the snowman party.
07:13So the Conductor and the Brass Band climbed into Annie and Clarabel.
07:19And Thomas raced off.
07:22WHISTLE
07:24Thomas hurried to Maithwaite Station.
07:27WHISTLE
07:28Mr Bubbles had been looking for his magic hat everywhere.
07:32I have your hat, sir.
07:34Hurrah, Thomas! Now I can come to the party and do my magic tricks.
07:40So Mr Bubbles bounced on board.
07:44And Thomas raced like the wind back to the town square and the children's snowman.
07:52Thomas chuffed into the town square.
07:55His axles ached and his cheeks were rosy red.
07:58Here I am, sir.
08:00I have Farmer McColl and his sheepdog, the Brass Band, Mr Bubbles and your important package.
08:07Very good, Thomas.
08:10The Fat Controller opened his important package.
08:14Inside was a brand new top hat.
08:19Excellent, Thomas. Just what I needed.
08:24And this, children, may be just what you need.
08:28A hat for your snowman.
08:32The children cheered and Thomas beamed from buffer to buffer.
08:38This was the grandest snowman on Sodor.
