23:27because the tribunals in Balochistan are disposing of the petitions at an appropriate rate.
23:32Work has also started in KP.
23:34Some petitions have also been decided in Sindh.
23:37But in Punjab, only one petition has been decided in Rawalpindi by the Subahi Assembly.
23:43As long as matters do not move forward in Punjab,
23:47we see a long-term legal deadline of 180 days.
