00:13Tengku Hasanal said Muhyiddin deliberately disparaged the role of the Sultan of Pahang,

00:18or Sultan Abdullah, during his time as the 16th Yang Dipertuan Agong.

00:23He also said Muhyiddin distorted facts and promoted a negative narrative, implying that

00:27Sultan Abdullah was unjust when naming the country's 10th Prime Minister following

00:32the outcome of the 15th General Election in November 2022.

00:37In a charama during the Nanggiri Bayi election campaign, Muhyiddin claimed that for some

00:41reason Sultan Abdullah did not invite him to be sworn in as Prime Minister after GE15,

00:47despite him having the numbers to form the government.

00:50Calling Muhyiddin's statement immature, Tengku Hasanal said it was extremely dangerous as

00:55it openly incites the public to lose trust in the Malay rulers and creates division among

01:00the people.

01:01Muhyiddin is expected to give a statement to the police tomorrow about his speech, which

01:06reportedly touched on sensitive issues of race, religion and royalty.

01:11Tengku Hasanal urged the police to take firm action against Muhyiddin for intentionally

01:16stirring sentiments on the 3R issues.
