00:14A transgender woman was caught in an entrapment operation of the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group
00:20inside a hotel in Bacong, Orcavite.
00:23Her ex-boyfriend complained about her when she spread their fake videos and photos.
00:31And to stop her, her ex-boyfriend had to get back together with her.
00:36The victim said that she was more affected by the blackmail of the suspect.
00:41I've told you many times to stop spreading the videos.
00:48I feel sorry for myself and my family.
00:52I'm having a hard time with my job.
00:54Whenever I go to work, they always tell me that I'm sending videos again.

01:07According to the PNP ACG, the victim complained to the barangay first,
01:12but the suspect continued to spread their photos and videos.
01:17The suspect couldn't move on because the victim was breaking up with him.
01:23Since he couldn't move on, he continued to coerce and blackmail the victim.
01:30The suspect was charged with grave coercion and anti-photo and video voyeurism
01:36under the Anti-Cybercrime Law.
01:39According to the PNP ACG,
01:41the number of cases of Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act has increased to more than 200.
01:50I would like to remind and warn the PNP ACG not to send photos and videos with explicit content.
01:58We should keep our sexual activities private so that we can avoid this incident.
