00:19From today, you can buy TIG 38 pesos of rice in Cadiwa ng Pangulo Kiyosk.

00:29In a radio broadcast in the Philippines,

00:31DA Spokesperson Assistant Secretary Arnold de Mesa said

00:34that from the original price of 40 pesos per kilo,

00:37you can buy well-milled rice for 38 pesos per kilo.
