00:27The Bacolod City Government and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development
00:34have already turned over the first batch of units in Sensoyuhum Housing.
00:38That is part of the flagship shelter project of the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:45to provide decent housing to the Filipinos.
00:49For the first turnover ceremony of the project,
00:53a building of the housing project with 64 units was distributed to the beneficiaries.
01:00Each unit has a size of 24 square meters and will only be paid by the beneficiaries in terms of value,
01:08which is lower than Php 2,200 per month for 30 years.
01:15The Bacolod City is the first local government unit that has reached an agreement with the DISUD
01:23for the implementation of 4PH.
