00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. recognized the unparalleled contribution of women in our society

00:06who became a part of the implementation of the nation's progress.

00:11That's why this Women's Month, the Executive Board of the Philippines

00:14promised the continued contribution of rights and protection to women.

00:24The contribution of women in the development of the country is great.

00:28That's what President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. gave in his message

00:32now established as the International Women's Day.

00:35According to the President, being a woman requires strength and determination

00:40that is the same as that of a countrywoman.

00:42The reason why many of the nation's progress in the current time

00:47is because of the unparalleled contribution of women

00:50from different generations who fought, struggled, and advanced different goals.

00:56The President also gave that in the Philippines,

00:58the role of women in the development of the country is great.

01:01From the ladies, the women of the women's union,

01:04to the women frontliners and visionary leaders,

01:08her country has produced millions of women

01:11who have the power to give their knowledge

01:14and also their lives for the benefit of the majority.

01:18That's why the President said that women should be recognized on this important occasion

01:23as a force that continues to rise and strive.

01:27He also emphasized the importance of supporting their goals

01:30that will not only help the country, but the whole world.

01:34At the same time, President Marcos Jr. assured that the government will not stop

01:38in its efforts to always uphold the rights of women

01:42and will ensure that whatever will be the foundation of their progress will be upheld.

01:47He will never tire of the government

01:50and will continue to tell the stories of the brave women

01:53to give inspiration to a new generation of young women

01:57who will leave their mark on society.

02:00Meanwhile, the women received various free privileges,

02:04including the free entrance to Fort Santiago,

02:07Casa Manila Museum,

02:08Baluarte de San Diego,

02:10Museo de Intramuros,

02:12and Centro de Turismo Intramuros.

02:14There was also free legal assistance from the Public Attorney's Office.

02:18While the Philippine Statistics Authority is assisting in the process of their required documents.

02:23Women in all sectors,

02:25tomorrow in the new Philippines,

02:28will raise the theme of Women's Day this year

02:31that the country will have a place where every woman,

02:34no matter their background or situation, will succeed.
