00:00The Philippine National Police or PNP will not stop the police from facing or helping in the investigation of the International Criminal Court or ICC regarding the war on drugs of the previous administration.
00:13According to the PNP, the police are free to do their job as long as it is in their personal capacity.
00:20However, the Philippine National Police has clarified that they will not provide documents and will not directly help the PNP in the ICC as an institution.
00:31This is in line with President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.'s claim that the government will not help in the ICC because of the jurisdiction issue.
00:50If an individual wishes to cooperate within their own personal capacity, then they are not precluded from doing so.
00:58But as a PNP organization, we are aligned with the position of our national government.
