00:00Okay, Mr. Craggs, what are some of the headline figures from this year's results and are you
00:23pleased with them?
00:24Yeah, we are pleased. The students have worked incredibly hard. Again, a cohort who were
00:29disrupted by COVID closures earlier in their school career. We're really celebrating this
00:34year the A-star to C-percentage, which is up on last year. That shows the depth across
00:40the cohort and how hard they've all worked for the results this year.
00:44And most of the kids look like they're going to get the chance to go off to the university
00:47of their choice?
00:48They do, yes. We've had a look this morning and more than three quarters of those who
00:51have applied are already placed. There's a small number we're going to work with today
00:56to make sure that they get placed. More and more students are looking for higher apprenticeships,
00:59degree apprenticeships as well, because of the concerns around the costs of university
01:04of course.
