00:00Welcome back everyone it is Amelia I hope you are fine.
00:09The Acolyte Episode 6 ending continues the mysteries of the show, introducing a potential
00:14Daat Vade replacement in the High Republic era.
00:18After The Acolyte Episode 5's climactic reveals, The Acolyte Episode 6 was suitably
00:23slower-paced.
00:24The franchise-best lightsaber duels of The Acolyte were replaced for dialogue-heavy moments
00:29with Osha exploring her new dynamic with Kimil, Saul reckoning with his past, and Vernestra
00:34Roach piecing the puzzle together.
00:37As such, The Acolyte Episode 5 offered a lot of interesting character dynamics.
00:42Naturally, however, Kimil and Osha's relationship was the most intriguing.
00:46Manny Jacinto and Amandla Stenberg take center stage from The Acolyte's ensemble cast in
00:52Episode 5, as Osha's anger leads her to find some uncomfortable common ground with Kimil
00:57the Stranger.
00:58As of The Acolyte Episode 6's ending, teases about the fateful night on Brendok are provided,
01:04as is the unlikely replacement for Daat Vade in Star Wars High Republic era thanks to some
01:09pointed references.
01:11On the flip side of The Acolyte Episode 6's story was Saul and May.
01:15Saul is left naturally shaken by his encounter with Kimil.
01:18With The Acolyte Episode 5's deadly deaths weighing on the master, Saul is evidently
01:23unsettled, not even able to sense May's presence until later in the episode.
01:28Saul asks how he could not sense Kimil on Olega in The Acolyte Episode 2, with May even
01:33offering some genuine answers by stating the Stranger fooled everyone.
01:38By the time of The Acolyte Episode 6's ending, Saul figured out that May was posing as Osha.
01:44Interestingly, this came after May pressed Saul for answers about Brendok.
01:48The mysterious origins of May and Osha in The Acolyte Episode 3 have been the catalyst
01:53of the show, though not all answers from the tragic night have been given just yet.
01:58Many assume that May held those answers, but her questions in The Acolyte Episode 6 indicate
02:03she is as in the dark as Osha was.
02:06Finally, after many episodes of teases and hints, Saul seems ready to confess to May
02:11exactly what happened 16 years ago.
02:13These answers will come in The Acolyte Episode 7, directed by Kobonada, the director of Episode
02:193's Brendok-heavy events.
02:21Finally, not only will audience members find out what happened on Brendok, but May will
02:26too, with Osha connecting deeply to the Force thanks to Kimil's helmet.
02:31She will likely be made aware of what happened when she was a child.
02:34These answers are teased in The Acolyte Episode 6's ending, making the events of Episode
02:407 some of the more anticipated since the show began.
