00:00Update happy that morning everyone and welcome to today's workout and today we are going to do a very basic level of beginner arm circles, arm swings and upper body movements.
00:19So let's get started.
00:20So let's start our workout with simple arm circles.
00:24For this, you will open your hands properly.
00:26Squeeze your navel inwards.
00:29When you open your hands outwards, take a deep long breath inwards.
00:34And after that, while breathing in and breathing out, you will slowly make circles with your arms.
00:42So you will do 3 sets of both clockwise and anticlockwise and do 15 reps.
00:48Let's intensify this a little more.
00:51We will do forward and back swinging of our arms.
00:55Take a deep long breath in and out.
01:02Again, do minimum 10 to 15 reps and 2 to 3 sets.
01:07We will add one last movement to this.
01:10Full swings, full arm swings.
01:13You have done circles, you have done forward and back.
01:17Now you will do full arm swings both clockwise and anticlockwise.
