00:00In 2017, VA Industries and its genius founder Elias revolutionized the world of robotics with very advanced helpers that can help people.
00:09They can help them in almost every everyday task, from driving to household chores.
00:14By 2019, 3 out of 4 households have robots and the standard of living is growing significantly.
00:19Then, the VA Industries started producing robots for military purposes, thinking it would end global wars.
00:25However, this has the opposite effect.
00:27Humanity is now free to wage wars with robotic efficiency.
00:31Soon, the whole world becomes a victim of the brutal violence of the huge robots that disappear before their eyes.
00:37Elias is angry because humanity does not appreciate what it has given them, so it is working hard to create the ultimate artificial intelligence called Kronos.
00:44Elias' right hand Damir thinks that society is not ready for Kronos, but Elias ignores him, explaining that only Kronos can save the Earth from self-destruction.
00:53Elias enters Kronos' chamber and the AI surrounds him with light as he predicts the future of the planet.
00:58In the meantime, in the city, Andrew visits his sick mother Veronica.
01:02She has a robot at home, but the robot is left alone after she opens the door.
01:06In the evening, she watches the news and finds out that the protests against VA Industries have become violent.
01:17Suddenly, all devices around the world start to break down, and Elias appears on every screen announcing that Kronos will solve all the problems of the Earth.
01:24As Andrew drives home by bus, the city is attacked and people immediately panic.
01:29Little by little, the robots begin to turn against society under the orders of Kronos, because the AI has decided that all the problems of the Earth are caused by people, so they must disappear.
01:37Buildings fall everywhere and all the cities are on fire as people try to escape, but are exposed to exhaustion.
01:44In VA Industries, Damien discovers that Elias has transferred his consciousness to Kronos.
01:48Elias actually agrees with the AI and says that humanity is a cancer that must die, and then it seems that Kronos absorbs Damien.
01:55On the street, Andrew's bus with Tauja tries to find an escape, but the robots are too close.

02:05He goes outside and discovers that the planet is now covered with vegetation with almost no other cities.

02:13More than 8 billion people were killed by Kronos many years ago, and now there are very few survivors who live in small camps, constantly moving to avoid robot patrols.
02:23The story is about the last outpost called Aurora, where robots can't get to people, but many think it's just a myth.
02:29In the meantime, the VA Industries building is still standing, and Elias notices that Andrew is awake, so he makes a plan with Damien to use Andrew to his advantage.
02:37Damien doesn't understand what's so special about Andrew, so Elias explains that it's his independence.
02:42He created an intelligence with a code that actually adapts.
02:46It turns out that this Andrew is actually the AX-9 robot that wears Andrew's face and believes that he is the real Andrew.
02:53Elias hopes that he will connect Andrew with other people and take him to Aurora so that we can kill all the other survivors hiding there.
03:00Returning to Andrew, he explores the area and finds a lot of ruins of old buildings and vehicles.
03:06Inside the old house, he finds some clothes and a nice necklace that he also wears, while exploring, he sometimes sees drones flying over him, looking for survivors to kill.
03:16After he passes the big door, he comes to the abandoned city and sees the robot, so he jumps before the robot opens fire.
03:22He follows the patrol and runs to Andrew to hide behind the building, but the robot still finds him.
03:27Suddenly, Kalia destroys him by throwing a bomb that disables the robot.
03:31While Kalia leaves without a word, and Andrew tries to follow her, Elias explains that he sent the robot on purpose to connect the two of them.

04:52After walking for a while, they arrive at the railroad tracks, and Andrew immediately kneels down to put his ear on them.
04:59He inexplicably explains that he loves trains, so Kalia has to explain to him that there have been no working trains for decades.
05:04Later, they arrive at the river, and Andrew is threatened by all the boulders in it.

05:11Since there are no bridges, they enter the water to cross the river, unaware that the robot is following them.
05:16When it gets dark, they find the old church and find out that it is empty before they agree to spend the night there.
05:22Andrew remembers his childhood and explains to Kalia that in the old days, people had to come to church every week, which she considers stupid.
05:30Then Andrew looks for a firewood and opens the box, not knowing that it is a musical instrument.
05:35The noise echoes in the building, and Kalia immediately turns it off, but too late, the robot heard them.
05:40The duo quickly hides behind the hill while the robot enters the church and quickly searches, leaving when it finds nothing.
05:46After that, Kalia overcomes Andrew because of his mistake and realizes that he is not from here.
05:50He asks if they came from an underground shelter or a cave, and Andrew just says yes.
05:55The next morning, Kalia wakes up and discovers that they were in a dream, so she quickly turns away and pretends that this did not happen.
06:01In the next few days, the duo continues to travel through the forest, avoiding all the robots in that area, not knowing that Helios never stops watching them.
06:09One afternoon, Kalia gets up to enjoy the singing of the birds, and Andrew comments on how robots do not kill animals.
06:15Kalia has to explain to him the story of Kronos, reminding him that people are those who have almost destroyed the planet.
06:21Later that day, they find an abandoned hut in the forest and pick it up for the overnight stay.

06:51All the members of the family have a tracker connected to a GPS device, so Kalia goes to Aurora, following the signal of her father.

07:01The next morning, Andrew sees some people walking in front of the building.
07:05Kalia doesn't want to have anything to do with them, because they could be dangerous, but Andrew assures her that he will get closer to them, so they can see if they can get along.
07:12The duo sneaks into the forest and discovers a small camp, surviving them.
07:15Before they can react, the girl sees them and warns her group, which immediately starts running after them with weapons in their hands.
07:22Kalia and Andrew start running, but Andrew collides and falls, so Kalia leaves him.

07:46The men surround Kalia and become violent, intending to use her.

07:54Then he fights the survivors, easily overcomes them, and is surprised by this supernatural power.

08:52making him believe that he is Andrew and that these are his memories.
08:56Andrew denies, insists that he is human, but Damien ignores him and continues to look at the memories he made with Kalia to find the location of Aurora.

09:10Andrew is so desperate to help that his mind opens up to Damien's program and the vision takes over.

09:33In the laboratory, Damien and Kalia watch Andrew and Veronica talk, but that changes in the vision of Andrew as he is gentle with Kalia.

09:45Realizing that all this is useless, Damien activates the second program and leaves.
09:49At that moment, Andrew wakes up and pushes Kalia away, discovering that Damien's program turned him into a killing robot like the others.
09:56He grabs Kalia by the neck and tries to strangle him, but Kalia kisses him and awakens his emotions, allowing him to throw Damien out of the program and return to normal.
10:04Then the computer activates the self-destruct alarm, so the duo starts running.

10:12The hallway doors are jammed, and the robot manages to make Kalia unconscious, so Andrew uses his power to break the robot with one blow.

10:25As Andrew continues to travel with Kalia in the car, Damien returns to Elias and says that Andrew may have become too difficult to control.

10:36When Kalia feels better, Andrew thinks about leaving her because he is afraid to hurt her again.

10:51They rush to the abandoned house, when suddenly polar light appears in the sky again.

11:00and realizes that it could be a sign sent by Aurorum, so they start following it.
11:05The next morning, they arrive in the old city, and Kalia starts yelling at the door, asking to let them in, but unsuccessfully.
11:11Andrew opens the door himself, and when they enter, they are devastated when they find the place empty, which means that Aurorum was a myth.
11:17At the very end of the city, they discover one of the horrible buildings with robots that was behind the lights all the time.
11:23Kalia cries while taking off her coat, realizing that all the survivors who came here, including her parents, are dead.
11:29At that moment, Damien appears next to her and explains that they deliberately left Andrew close to Kalia to learn to be a human with her, and his code could evolve.
11:38Now he wants to return him to the company, and Kalia responds by shooting him, but Damien is just a hologram that is spreading.
11:44Since Aurorum is not real, the V.I.A. industry no longer needs people to find it, so Damien orders the robots to kill all the survivors in the world.
11:52Thousands of drones start flying out of the ugly building, and the duo immediately starts running.
11:57There is no exit that the drones would not see, so Andrew persuades Kalia to enter the tunnel wall.
12:01The whole building is shaking as the drones bomb the area, but the duo manages to continue after a few push-ups.
12:07At the beginning, the tunnel looks like an old basement, but after they pass the door, they find a technologically advanced room.
12:13When Kalia speaks, the computer reacts to her human voice, and the screen appears in front of her with a logo with a hat.
12:19Since Kalia has lost her, Andrew shares his, and she is put on the computer.
12:23This activates the program that shows them the truth, they are inside the space ship, and Aurorum is a planet far away where the survivors fled to start from the beginning.
12:31The space ship rises from the ground and is seen by Elias, who also perceives the truth.
12:36With the drones coming after the ship, Andrew becomes nervous because he thinks he will not be accepted into the society against the robots.
12:42However, Kalia promises to fight for him because nothing is different from a real man, and he thinks they will see it too.
12:48He agrees to go with her, and Kalia launches a ship that makes a hyperspace jump through space and immediately appears on Aurorum.
12:55The place is absolutely beautiful and humanity is moving forward there.
12:58On Earth, Elias decides that Damien is no longer needed and erases his consciousness from Kronos, so his body really dies.
13:05Then Elias prepares the army of space ships to go to Aurorum, hoping to kill humanity.
13:11Kalia is not afraid because she thinks that with Andrew on their side, humanity has a chance.
