TG High Court Serious On Dogs Issue : కుక్కల దాడుల నియంత్రణకు తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలపై హైకోర్టు తీవ్రంగా స్పందించింది. సమావేశాలు, సూచనలతో సరిపెట్టకుండా సమగ్ర కార్యచరణ అవసరమని తేల్చిచెప్పింది. ఇంట్లోకి చొరబడి ఓ వృద్ధురాలిని వీధికుక్కలు చంపేసిన ఘటన అందరినీ కలచి వేసిందని హైకోర్టు వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. జంతు పునరుత్పత్తి నియంత్రణ నిబంధనల అమలుకు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ప్రభుత్వం, జీహెచ్ఎంసీని ని ఆదేశించింది. ఫిర్యాదులు అందిన వెంటనే కుక్కలను పట్టుకోవడానికి 24 గంటలూ అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా వాహనాల ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని స్పష్టంచేసింది.
