00:00The Prime Minister has directed all ministries to hold a dialogue session with their stakeholders.
00:27We are here today to carry out the Prime Minister's instructions.
00:34Our core business is security.
00:37In addition to border control, state-of-the-art issues, digital issues,
00:43a more secure delivery system,
00:45the issue of thievery, the issue of cross-border crime, and all kinds of things.
00:51We collect all the answers and suggestions provided by various stakeholders.
00:56There are things that we consider as priorities.
01:00First, in terms of welfare, which I emphasized in the budget last year,
01:05we will continue.
01:07Like last year, we managed to recover almost 151 post-PGA.
01:14A number of quarters we were able to recover,
01:20with a profit of around RM300 million.
01:24We were also able to resolve the housing issue in Pantai Timur Sabah.
01:30So that is the welfare aspect.
01:32I will maintain that momentum,
01:34giving priority to MOF so that the momentum can be maintained.
01:42This is important because it will increase the morale and motivation of security members under KDN.
01:50That will be the main priority in terms of welfare.
01:53Another aspect is to increase the assets of our agencies,
01:59including the maritime control agency and the police.
02:04This is important because we now have a new agency,
02:08which is the MCBA, the Ministry of Border Control Agency.
02:12As a new agency, of course, we have to arrange the spending according to the operation.
02:19In the first phase, which has been carried out since May 1 until now,
02:27we will provide special funding to strengthen the MCBA
02:35so that the first year is a year of monitoring.
02:40At least the first year is completed in terms of responsibility.
02:42The second year is completed in terms of asset collection.
02:47So that there are several entrances into the MCBA project,
02:51other than Johor, KLIA, Pulau Pinang, KK.
02:55Tomorrow, the Prime Minister and I will be in Rantau Panjang and Golok.
02:59Also among the entrances into the MCBA project,
03:06which will be discussed tomorrow in a bilateral meeting between the Prime Minister,
03:11Datuk Sianwa and Serita.
