00:00 that they can appreciate. Thank you.
00:02 And thank you.
00:04 Mr. Atosri, in general, do you agree with the budget this time?
00:08 Or is there anything that needs to be added?
00:10 Or can we add more funds?
00:12 Of course there are studies that we will do
00:18 and improvements can be made.
00:23 And we are not innocent, meaning not perfect.
00:26 Of course there are some weaknesses that we need to fix.
00:32 And God willing, from time to time,
00:35 what was said by the Minister just now,
00:39 not all ministries can be satisfied.
00:46 But I am sure that new approaches will be made
00:52 when the studies are done in the middle of the year for the Dutch.
00:59 Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
01:06 Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
01:09 Thank you, Your Honour, Dato' Suri Zahid.
01:13 And I, along with Your Honour, Dato' Suri Zahid,
01:17 would like to congratulate Your Honour, the Minister,
01:21 for extending the budget comprehensively.
01:24 He extended it in almost 2 hours and 45 minutes.
01:28 And I think it covers all levels and segments,
01:32 whether it is business, individuals, the elderly, the young,
01:39 whether it is men or women, it covers all of them.
01:45 And I think this is the concept,
01:47 what is called the concept of the Malaysian body,
01:51 which is to be balanced.
01:54 And this is also in line with the concept of the Malaysian economy,
01:57 which is based on two things,
02:00 which is to structure our economy,
02:02 and also to make Malaysia a concern once again
02:07 to the Asian countries.
02:11 And the second is to promote the welfare of the people.
02:15 And if we look at the overall context that we saw earlier,
02:19 that is what is outlined,
02:21 in terms of economy and also the welfare of the people.
02:26 How do we want to sustain our economy?
02:29 How do we want to sustain our country's financial situation?
02:32 Looking at the structure of subsidies and so on.
02:35 This is part of the focus,
02:39 including how we want to increase our country's income
02:42 and improve the governance and overall
02:46 ensure the achievement of a better government system
02:51 in terms of our welfare and achievement of the people.
02:55 And in the context of our ministry,
02:58 it was stated earlier that we are one of the contributors to our country's economy,
03:03 namely in terms of exports,
03:05 until July this year we contributed more or less to exports,
03:11 more than 70 billion ringgit, as it was announced earlier,
03:15 which is more than 11%.
03:17 And if we take it until July,
03:22 which was taken until June,
03:24 which was stated earlier,
03:25 until July we have contributed up to 90 billion ringgit.
03:29 And it means that the agricultural sector and the community play a very important role.
03:34 Therefore, the focus that was stated earlier is one of our challenges,
03:39 how we want to handle the attack on our community,
03:43 especially the farmers.
03:44 And also our community is known as EUDR,
03:48 which restricts or restricts our product sales in Europe.
03:55 And therefore, it was allocated 70 billion ringgit
03:59 to ensure that we can handle all the efforts.
