00:00If we look at the Supreme Court's ruling on the SC system and the SCH system,
00:07I think we should look at the Supreme Court's ruling on the right to do justice to any religion,
00:13and the Supreme Court's ruling on the right to do justice to any caste.
00:18Do you think there is a chance of this ruling being challenged?
00:21I am appealing to the Supreme Court.
00:23The Supreme Court said that the 2004 ruling was wrong, and now it is 2024.
00:27Your time is over, and MRP's time is also over.
00:32If you don't take that decision, if you don't ask for the 60% right to do justice,
00:36we used to talk about many Dalit women's rights in the 2000s,
00:39we used to fight for them, and we used to achieve results.
00:42I am appealing to the Supreme Court not to go into such small disputes.
00:46For the survival of justice, for the right to do justice,
00:50for the strengthening of the rights of the states,
00:53I thank every senior lawyer who has argued in the Supreme Court,
00:57and I thank every lawyer on behalf of MRP.
01:00To speed up this process, many elders are helping.
01:04In the effort to advance this process,
01:06the Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, took the lead.
01:10We thank him very much.
01:12Mr. Amisha took the lead. We thank him very much.
01:16At the same time, in the past, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu ruled on the right to do justice to the Scheduled Caste.
01:21That day, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu ruled on the Scheduled Caste.
01:24Today, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu is the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
01:28If Mr. Chandrababu Naidu is the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh,
01:32it will benefit the future of our caste.
01:35At the same time, the Congress in Telangana has to act accordingly.
01:39Because the Congress has appointed a lawyer,
01:42as Mr. Revanthi Reddy and others are saying,
01:44when a lawyer is appointed on behalf of the Scheduled Caste,
01:46and when a decision is made on behalf of the Scheduled Caste,
01:48it has to act accordingly.
01:49Even Karnataka has to act accordingly.
01:51To tell you one thing,
01:52the system of reservation is going to be the second step.
01:55Until all the activities related to the Scheduled Caste are done,
01:58in Andhra Pradesh or in Telangana or anywhere else,
02:02the employment regulations will not be implemented immediately.
02:05Only after the activities related to the Scheduled Caste are implemented,
02:09only after the guidelines for the path are implemented,
02:11I am advising to implement it as a notification.
02:14If there are any educational problems that have not yet started,
02:17they have to be solved.
02:19If we do it according to the guidelines, justice will be served.
02:21Because, the Ushamera Commission has said that it should be done according to the Scheduled Caste.
02:25Ramachandra Rao's Commission has said that it should be done according to that.
02:28Before that, the Lokore Commission has said that it should be done according to that.
02:31Whatever it is, justice should be served to those who have done injustice.
02:34We are saying that we should do it according to the guidelines.
02:36Even the Supreme Court has said the same.
02:38I am advising my brothers,
02:43that if the activities are not stopped in the Supreme Court in 2004,
02:49if the activities are not stopped from 2004,
02:52we will have to fight for the Dalit rights in this country for 20 years.
02:56We will have to fight for the rights of all Dalits, Girijans, and Balahins.
03:00We will have to fight for the rights that have not been achieved till yesterday.
03:04By stopping the activities in 2004,
03:07by 2024, people like us will have to concentrate on that.
03:10If we do not stop the activities in 2004,
03:13we will have to fight for the rights of all Dalits, Girijans, and Balahins.
03:16This is not a win or a loss.
03:18I am advising my brothers to understand this.
03:20We all know that the number of reservations is decreasing.
03:23The number of private organizations is increasing.
03:26At that time, we all have to fight for the rights of all Dalits.
03:32I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:37I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:40I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:43I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:46I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:49I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:52I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:55I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
03:58I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
04:01I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
04:04I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
04:07I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
04:10I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
04:13I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
04:16I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
04:19I have not fought for the rights of all Dalits.
