Adobe Dimension Course Section 32 Keyboard Shortcuts

Adobe Dimension is a 3D Mockup tool which is a part of Adobe Creative Cloud. In this course, you will learn how to work in a 3d environment, import 3d models, add in textures, render and export final outputs.

In this video lesson, we will learn about Keyboard Shortcuts in Adobe Dimension.

00:00If you want to speed up your workflow in any applications, then utilizing keyboard shortcuts
00:12is one of the ways to improve your speed of work.
00:17So what you can also do is you can go around and change the keyboard shortcuts as you like.
00:22So for that, you can go around onto edit and then go to keyboard shortcuts right here.
00:27So by default, Adobe standard is applied.
00:30But if you're more used to substance painter, then you can also use substance keyboard shortcut
00:35as you like.
00:36Right.
00:37Yeah.
00:38So over here you can see that there are different keyboard shortcuts as you can see right here
00:40for file, for edit, for objects right here.
00:43And you can also go around and then access out those shortcuts by clicking on any menu
00:49right here.
00:50And you can see the keyboard shortcuts around over here.
00:53For example, there's frame selection is F. So I don't really have anything.
00:57So let's just go around over here and then I'm going to go for F. And then what happens
01:01is that that is what you have.
01:03You can simply go around and access out that that particular area right here.
01:09Similarly, there's previous bookmark and so forth.
01:13There's space up and space down for that and so forth.
01:16But what you can also do is you can go around on the keyboard shortcuts right here and there
01:21you can see that there's different options around over here like you can change around
01:26or there's no 3D shortcut for share 3D scene for review right here.
01:31Let's say for example, if I were to go for control R right here or control alt R right
01:36here, then what happens is that it simply has that particular particular shortcut right
01:45here.
01:46But to save right here, let's say for example, I'm going to go around and say control shift
01:49and A right here or control shift and X right here.
01:53Then it'll be saved out.
01:54You can also go around and change out, let's say, a particular keyboard shortcut right
01:59here.
02:00So there are many keyboard shortcuts that you can change around as you like and you
02:03can reset out the shortcut if you want it to be brought back into default value as well.
02:09Press OK.
02:10And that is what you have.
02:11So that is how you can change around the keyboard shortcuts and utilize keyboard shortcuts as
02:16you like inside of Adobe Dimension.
