00:00Kedah Menteri Besar, Sanusi Noor, has submitted a second application for the Attorney General's

00:13His lawyer, Awang Armada Jaya Awang Bahut, told Justice Aslam Zainuddin in the Shah Alam
00:18High Court that there had been a new development in the case.
00:22He believed that the AG would need time to consider the representations and suggested
00:26postponing the case for two months.
00:30Deputy Public Prosecutor Masri Dawood confirmed that the AGC has received the representations
00:34and supported the defence team's request to wait for the AGC's decision.
00:40The court fixed September 27 for case mention.
00:45In May, the AG rejected Sanusi's first request to withdraw the charges.
00:50The charges were related to remarks Sanusi made at a political talk about the appointment
00:54of the Selangor Menteri Besar and the formation of the unity government.
