00:15Sir, what is the chance that this LPA will become a typhoon in Mindanao?

00:19Well, based on our latest satellite animation, the chance that this low pressure area in the east of Mindanao

00:28will become a tropical depression.

00:30But given our favorable conditions,

00:33starting tomorrow, we will continue to monitor it

00:36because the chance that it will become a tropical depression or a typhoon is increasing.

00:41And if ever it becomes a typhoon, can we see on the track if it will be strong?

00:46What will be the name?

00:48The general movement of this weather disturbance is a warning.

00:56if possible by tomorrow, it will rise here in the area of Eastern Visayas.
