00:00Comelec Chairman George Garcia is ready to file a case against some individuals who are behind his demolition job against him and Comelec.

00:08We will discuss that with an update on the fact-finding investigation in the case of suspended Bamban Mayor Alice Goh.

00:17Good morning sir Rafi and good morning to our fellow countrymen.

00:21What are the reasons behind your so-called demolition job against you and Comelec?

00:27As you know, you don't pay attention to all the statements given by the press, media, public and others who always say

00:34that we should use the old machines or why the former provider of Comelec was disqualified

00:40or why it is illegal and null and void the contract that Comelec put in the Miru system.

00:46It's always like that.

00:47First, they always say, sir Rafi, about the so-called alleged bribery.

00:54Yesterday, there were 49 bank accounts, including 6 local bank accounts.

02:07as well as the one we received from our office yesterday, to the National Bureau of Investigation.

02:11At the moment, the NBI is still investigating and we are waiting for their findings.

02:17Because one of the things I requested from them is to find out

02:22who is spreading this malicious information and demolition about the commission of elections.

02:30Let's wait for the results of that investigation.

02:34We will now go to Suspended Mayor Alice Go, who has a standing arrest order.

02:37How will the system of the government in Bamban, Tarlac be?

02:41Is it possible for the acting mayor to remain until the next election?

02:44If there is a suspension, based on our existing law, especially in the local government code,

02:49sir Rafi, the mayor is suspended, the vice mayor is acting,

02:52and as long as the suspension is not lifted,

02:54or for example, if there is another suspension or an extended suspension,

02:57the vice mayor will continue to remain as the acting mayor.
