00:25Hi everyone. So this game is called Wash Away. And the idea of the game is that you want
00:30to let your students think about something they want to let go of. Use the movement of
00:35washing or of swaying from side to side with your arms to let that washing away happen.
00:42And then let them think of something that they'd like more of or something that would
00:46make them feel better or happier or more positive. And that's the idea that they want to start
00:51tapping into their body. You can start all the way at the top of your head, work down
00:55through your entire body. All right everyone, we're going to play Wash Away. So let's go
01:00ahead and stand up. And I want you to just think about being in a washing machine. And
01:08all of your clothes are in there and we want to get them really clean. And like our clothes
01:14wanting to be clean, we also want ourselves to be clean. So we're going to think about
01:21something that maybe we want to let go of. Maybe some icky, not fun, no good feelings
01:28or maybe something that happened to us. Anything that you just want to wash it away. I'm just
01:34going to twist from side to side and keep going until you feel clean and much, much
01:41better. Good. And then slow your washing machine down. And then stand nice and still. Now I
01:51want you to think about something really awesome, makes you so happy, smile, something you want
01:58more of and you're going to start to tap it. Tap all that goodness into your head, down
02:04onto your face, into your chest, your shoulders, into your arms, onto your tummy, onto your
02:12back, onto your legs, all the way down to your knees and your feet. Don't forget to
02:18go up the back of your legs, all the way up to your back. And we feel much better. Thanks
02:27guys.
