00:00In the midst of China's alliance, Japan also gave up any country that is not subject to the Reciprocal Access Agreement or RAA with the Philippines.

00:21After the historic signing of the Reciprocal Access Agreement or RAA between Japan and the Philippines,

00:28the Deputy Press Secretary of Japan, Kaneko Mariko, said that no other country is subject to it.

00:58On the benefit of the countries in this region.

01:02This is what Japan said after China agreed to the RAA between Japan and the Philippines.

01:08China said that any cooperation between countries should not be a threat to regional peace and stability.

01:16It should also not be targeted or destroyed in the interest of other countries.

01:21Under the RAA, Japan's Self-Defense Forces will enter the country and Philippine soldiers in Japan for joint training exercises,

01:32such as the strengthening of the Visiting Forces Agreement between the Philippines and America.

01:37China also emphasized what happened during World War II.

01:45China said it has a serious responsibility in the history of Japan.

01:49Because of its aggression and colonial rule in the Philippines,

01:54Japan needs to learn first before engaging in joint military exercises.
